Welcome to Addison’s Beach House, a beautiful beach vacation home that is just a quick walk to the breathtaking gulf waters, where you can feel the warm floury sand on your feet and indulge in a refreshing swim. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom has a tropically landscaped backyard with a private pool and plenty of outdoor space for entertaining family and friends.

After splendid days at the beach, unwind with a family movie night and cuddle up on one of the sofas in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, broad countertops, and lovely coastal hues that will make you feel relaxed as you cook. Inside is a kitchen table fit for four guests and outside is an outdoor table with an umbrella to keep you cool.

Drift off to sleep in the primary bedroom and get the best night’s sleep. In the morning, take a rejuvenating shower in the ensuite bathroom to prepare you for a fun day exploring the island. The second bedroom offers guests a bright beach-style getaway where they can open the windows and hear the trees sway as they fall asleep. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and features a tv for guests to bond over some late-night laughs. The second and third bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub and plenty of cabinet space for vacation necessities.

After a day of swimming and basking in the sun at gorgeous Palmetto Ave Beach, your guests will return to your backyard oasis. The sparkling pool has a sun shelf that will delight your friends, and the surrounding deck has lounge chairs.

This home's central location gives you options to explore all Anna Maria Island has to offer on land and at sea. Check out the local boat charters for a lovely day at sea filled with relaxation and sightseeing, or plan a fish charter. On land, explore by the island trolley, bike, Segway, you name it, Anna Maria Island has it. Let Addison’s Beach House be a part of making your dream vacation come true.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Quaint three bedroom, two bathroom duplex with its own swimming pool! Our place was clean and ready when we checked in. They came by and cleaned the pool twice per week, which was a nice perk. Only steps away from Holmes Beach, a very clean white sugar sand beach. There are trolley stops located nearby, so you can easily get around without a car. We would definitely stay here again.
