Called In Sic has colorful, modern coastal furnishings to create an atmosphere of fun and relaxation. This vacation home has four-bedrooms and three-bathroom. The open floorplan provides space for your guests to connect and recharge. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a generous island for meal and snack preparation, and seating for four. Enjoy more formal meals or games at the dining room table that seats six and dine outdoors at the table on the balcony with four seats. Then, settle down in the open living room on the plush sofas where your guests can reunite and recount the day’s adventures or enjoy a movie in the covered patio room with ample seating for friends and family to gather.

The soothing colors in the primary bedroom will soothe any stress while you watch TV or refresh in the ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and sliding door access to the pool area. The second bedroom’s coastal colors will delight your guests with its ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The third bedroom’s colorful décor will uplift your guests’ moods and provide serenity. Finally, the fourth bedroom offers fun and relaxation for younger guests, where they can play and connect with friends. The pull-out sofa in the living room provides more space and extra versatility. All beds feature high-quality linens from our professional linen service.

The pool features a beach entry and hot tub that flows to the heated pool over an infinity edge and is surrounded by a beautiful white stone-tiled patio. Hang out by the pool in a lounger in the sun, take a meal at the six-top dining table under the airy tropical landscaping, or relax on the couch in the sheltered patio nook, equipped with both a ceiling fan and mounted TV. You can enjoy breakfast at the pub-style table on the balcony above the pool in the fresh ocean breeze, then make your way to the roof-top deck to catch a majestic sunrise view! Rod and Reel Pier are only two minutes away on foot for anglers and food-lovers. A 15-minute walk down N Bay Blvd will bring you to Pine Avenue, your north-end destination for shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.
