Welcome to Simply Chic, an inviting ground-level vacation home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms just a quick walk from the spectacular Gulf of Mexico. This rental is packed with amenities including a private pool, ping pong table, a putting green, and corn hole perfect for a fun family getaway! Enjoy a relaxing day at Holmes Beach and visit Pine Avenue’s locally owned boutiques and restaurants, which is just a ten-minute free trolley ride away and get ready for the vacation of a lifetime!

As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed into the bright living space with plush sofas and a TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space, making the meal and snack prep a breeze. Guests can grab a quick bite to eat at the kitchen island and enjoy a more formal meal at the indoor dining table. In addition to the inside dining, there is an outdoor dining area by the pool and grill, perfect for enjoying freshly caught seafood and the amazing island breeze.

The primary offers a luxury setting with access to the patio, plenty of room for vacation outfits, a tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has patio access and a stunning ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is bright and has a tv for late-night entertainment. The fourth bedroom is perfect for younger guests or single travelers and has plenty of space for beach necessities. The hallway bathroom features a shower and tub combination.

The patio has a BBQ grill to cook delicious island meals and an outdoor table. Practice your swing on the putting green and challenge your guests to a friendly game of ping pong.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. The shells are not a parking spot. Must use driveway.

Much needed vacation and so many rental choices....Called AMI Accommodations told Kelly P. what we were looking for. She provided information on several properties that were available for our time frame and we chose Simply Chic. The property was beautiful inside and out! Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. Kitchen area was great! It's always a plus to have a washer and dryer available. Furniture and bedding were good quality. Internet, Wi-Fi, TV's all worked great. The pool area was lovely and very private considering the closeness of the homes in the neighborhood. It was vey quiet! Some reviews mentioned alarmed doors on the home. It is a safety feature. All doors that opens to the pool area will have one but once you get how to use the feature it's not an issue. We did have a plumbing problem during our stay. Made a call to AMI Accommodations and they sent someone pretty quick to fix. Beach access was a block and a half away. Made it very easy for back and forth trips to home if needed. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, (some could use replacing) noodles, boogie boards and a beach cart to transport. Holmes Beach is a quiet more residential part of the island. Rental was walking distance to Free Trolley and Bus Stop. We enjoyed our stay @ Simply Chic and would definitely rent with AMI Accommodations again!

It was our 4th year coming to AMI and we really enjoyed our stay at Simply Chic! The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The pool was perfectly heated for the few cooler days we had and we never had to call to have it adjusted. The ping-pong table, mini golf and corn hole boards were all really nice and kept us all entertained. The beach was under 2 blocks away making it very easy to walk back and forth each day. The house was the perfect size, well-maintained, had all the amenities we needed, updated appliances, and was very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay at this house again in the future!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space. I would highly recommend this rental. Yard was amazing and the beach is up the block, This is the perfect spot to de-stress from a hectic life.

This location was wonderful. It was a beautiful & spacious home with an incredible pool/grill area. We were a one block walk from the beach so it was easy to grab a good spot on the beach for the day/walk over to watch the sunset at night. The host was extremely accommodating and any questions/concerns we had were addressed very quickly. I highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a stay on AMI

This was a super convenient location to the beach. Just one block away. We enjoyed the heated pool and the bikes. The kitchen was well stocked. This was our first time to AMI and we really enjoyed the water and the local vibe.

This house was amazing. It was a great location only about a block from the beach and came with all the beach stuff we could want and then some. There are actually 3 bathrooms instead of 2 as listed - all 3 have a shower and 2 also have a tub (the master bath has a jacuzzi tub). The open floorplan is great for socializing in all parts of the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The pool is very nice and there are lanai-type sliding doors leading out to it. Having the pool in back of the house also adds additional outdoor privacy. There are several couches, one of which is a pull out bed in addition to the 4 bedrooms. All in all, it is a great property and we had a wonderful vacation!
