The location of this property is great - short 2 block walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pictures are spot on. The water takes a long time to heat up due for the location of the heater. The management company is super responsive and helpful.

the location was great! the cottage itself was ok. new furniture but needs a working table & more seating. Hot water was fine in showers but took forever in sinks.

The hot water system is working properly, though the sinks use water-saving fixtures, which can make hot water take a bit longer than in the showers. Your notes on the table and seating are helpful and have been shared with the team as we continue improving the space. The rental was super nice inside and also very clean. It has a great location, only two blocks to the beach and it includes beach chairs and wagons. Restaurants and shops were also just a couple blocks away. We walked daily all around the area. The outside grill was nice to have available for use as well. We did have a couple issues we encountered on our stay that are worth mentioning. As someone else pointed out in a review, we had no hot water in the kitchen for dishes, even after letting it run for a while. It was available in the bathroom but took a while to get there. Unfortunately the memory foam mattresses were extremely hard/firm and very uncomfortable. I realize this is a personal preference that many people are ok with, but for us it is a deal breaker that would prevent us from returning.

Great stay for our family of 4. Everything was as described and the host communicated well before and during stay. The amenity kits and bbq grill was great and the screened front porch was often used. Wished for a few more kitchen utensils as only the real basics were present. The AMI trolley stop was an easy 3 minute stroll from the house. Parking is a challenge on the island so using the trolley is a great way to travel the island. This property is perfect for a family of 4 or group of 4. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Parking was available for up to 2 cars.Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels. There were also beach chairs avaliable for use. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great experience! AMI’s communication was excellent, and the place was better than expected - spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. They provided a great kit of soap/shampoo/laundry soap/ etc. Did not encounter any problems. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to AMI.

Great location, easy to walk to the beach. Bed was very firm as others have said in their reviews. Very clean accommodations. There are no extras in cupboards like salt/pepper/cooking oil/etc - you must get everything you need at the Publix nearby for your stay. The beach chairs and wagon were nice to have onsite, and I left an umbrella for the next guests since we were flying home. Happy with our stay and AMI! Thanks

My family stayed in the adjoining property last year and were thrilled to find this unit available for our trip this year. We absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect. The prooerty management is very attentive to your needs as a guest. This unit has everything that a family needs to enjoy AMI the right way. Staying on AMI doesn't have to break the bank! You can stay close to everything on the north side of the island, have everything you need (including space), and be 2 blocks from the beach. We will gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

This little place was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed - hairdryer, washer/dryer, all the kitchen utensils you would ever need, beach chairs, 4 beach towels, patio table. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Two things that need attention - the bathtub doesn't drain well when someone takes a shower and the king bed mattress isn't very comfy.

The cottage was very clean, king bed was firm and comfortable for us. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed having the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to walk the 2 blocked to the beach. We would stay here again.

Anna Maria Island is the best beach I’ve ever been to and this location was a great part in this amazing experience we had over there. We stayed on April/2024 for my birthday and it was unforgettably good. Short walking distance to the beach, very very clean, organized. Had everything we needed and even more. Highly recommended

Clean place. Great location within walking distance of pretty much everything. Easy booking and check-in/check-out process. 3 minute walk to the beach, and there was even beach equipment on property. Beach chairs and a few beach toys. This was a perfect rental for us. Highly recommend.

Great location and place to stay. Close enough to walk to the beach and if you want to go to the pier, it’s close enough to bike to or go on a longer walk if you choose to :) the host was communicative and friendly.

The rental was very comfortable and close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Easy access to the beach. The only disappointment was the comfort of the king bed. It was incredibly hard.

The duplex was very nice, not fancy, but very clean. The rental company was very responsive when we had door trouble. Location is excellent both to the beach and downtown Anna Maria.

I was very happy staying at this location. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Pine Ave and even to the Anna Maria City Pier, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The Unit was as described, clean and safe.
