The spacious backyard has an inviting heated pool and spa that is surrounded by lush landscaping. Whether it be delighting yourself at the warm Gulf of Mexico beaches, swimming in your private pool, or playing a friendly competition of ping pong, AMI Breeze will make your dream vacation come true.

AMI Breeze is an elevated two-bedroom, two-bathroom dream vacation home that includes a generously sized bonus room. As you enter, you are welcomed with an abundance of natural sunlight that makes your living room and kitchen feel light and airy. Gather around in the living room to relax after a long day of adventures and watch your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary needs and has plenty of space to store your groceries. The marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances will make any level cook happy, the kitchen island bar is perfect to keep conversations flowing as you prep your favorite snack or receive input on what to order for takeout. Open the French doors off the front balcony, which is the perfect place to resort to each morning with coffee in hand, and let the cool sea breeze enter the space.

The primary bedroom is sure to boost your mood with its incredible natural lighting, luxury bedding, and tv. After a great day of exploring look forward to getting a restful night's sleep in the second bedroom, feel the comfortable bedding, and open your window for a light breeze as you drift off to sleep. Both bathrooms are updated modernly with walk-in showers and ample counter space for your toiletries. Head downstairs to see the bonus room which has plenty of space for your large group and games!
Take a dip in the pool after a long sunny, fun-filled day at the beach, or relax in the spa to soothe your muscles after exploring the island. Grill up some of your all-time favorites on the BBQ grill and grab a seat at the covered patio table. Headed inside? The bonus room has a bar and an extra fridge, sip your favorite tropical drink as you watch a competitive game of ping pong.

When you are ready to explore the island take the fun island trolley with stops all along the coast that runs all day. Stroll down to Bean Point for those Kodak-sunsets, dine under the stars at the Sandbar, or finish off the night with ice cream at one of the locals’ favorites, Two Scoops! This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
