This was a great place to stay so close and walkable right to the beach which was amazing! All the amentities and wagon made it incredible to use and transport all our beach needs back and forth- loved that. The donut and taco place below us (literally) was great food and made morning coffee so easy! Loved the pool at the house. The house itself was spacious and very clean- everything we needed with towels right by the door! Also a list of local things places and restaurants! This was so easily located to everything and neighboring beaches as well- would absolutely stay there again! THANK YOU

Loved our stay here. Despite being above a restaurant, it was pretty quiet. The backyard and pool were private and lovely. Short walk to the beach and very close plenty of good restaurants (including the one below, which was very good). I’d say the only thing we ran into was parking. There’s not a clear reserved spot, just a sign for the rental company.
When it’s busy and you leave, there’s nowhere to park when you come back. When we called needing to know what to do they told us we could park down the street at their office, which was fine but not ideal because we obviously wanted to be parked where we were staying. But overall such a great, spacious, clean and beautiful place. We would stay again for sure!

Great Airbnb! The house was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach, next to a bunch of food, coffee, and bars. I highly recommend staying here.

BEAUTIFUL space. 5 stars for clean, clean, clean. Walkable. Beach, right there. Restaurants, so close. Breakfast was a bit tough to find but everything else was very easy. My only word of caution goes that it is above a restaurant.. certain parts of the place, you could hear all equipment beeping, making noises and opening/closing. Every night I had to sleep with noise maker, for the king room by the pool. It easily drowned it out but if you’re sensitive to noises, it might be tougher. Def not their fault but just to be noted. We would definitely stay here again easily! Also they should update the outside photos, to their benefit! They have so much more pool and relaxing stuff than shown. Was super glad!! 😃

Perfect walkable location and private space that was great for kids. Nice little heated pool and easily walkable to both the beach and city pier. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay - the photos matched the experience! Stylish, comfortable, clean and well laid out.
Was a little worried when some of the reviews mentioned the place was right above a taco place, but the apartment itself was very private and we really couldn’t hear or smell anything the restaurant below. It was also dangerously close to the donut shop but that’s another story!
Professionally managed property and the host was very responsive. We would stay again!

Even though this apartment is above a taqueria it is very private and quiet. There are front balconies that are great for morning coffee and watching the comings and goings of the donut shop next door. The back yard and back deck are totally private. the apartment is lovely with the feel of old South charm.
The only drawbacks were the lack of kitchen items, like salt and pepper and the cookware wasn't great. It feels a little stingy on the management side. There were wasps on the front deck but management said they would take care of it and we couldn't find a switch for the outdoor stair lights which made it difficult to come up the stairs after dark.
That said, I would love to stay here again.

Perfect for two of us but would be wonderful for a family or two families. Three minute walk to the beach. Short walk to at least 5 restaurants, waffle-ice cream-donuts, pier, rental places for bikes-kayaks, historical museum and jail. The condo is beautiful, large, clean, and a great private pool. No noise from taqueria.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the property we rented as well as the service that was given to us by AMI locals. This was our first time renting with them so we weren’t too sure what to expect but they beat our expectations and it ended up being the best experience we ever with a vacation rental. We are already planning next years trip and will be using AMI locals again for it.

I brought my daughter and a few of her friends to Anna Maria to celebrate her birthday. We had a great time and the location was perfect! The girls were able to go to between the beach and pool at their leisure. Restaurants and shops nearby were great! The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

This apartment has a great location, very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are renovated and the kitchen is very well equipped. All the furniture is in great conditions as well as the linens and towels provided. Near the restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool is great and the pool area is very nice too. The pictures are very accurate. We would recommend they did something nicer by the entrance since it floods during rain and the trash bins are right by it and the smell is really bad pretty much every time you pass by. Also, the A/C is locked at 73 degrees and unable to get cooler which considering the weather we would expect it to be a little more flexible. Do keep in mind this is right above 2 VERY popular restaurants in the area one of which opens very early and there is considerable noise since 7am, including the trash collecting truck at 7:20 every morning. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again very soon.

We had an awesome time!! The taco shop is delicious, and yet still feels private. We had a one year old and it worked well for him, though it’s upstairs the deck has a great safe gate so he couldn’t access the stairs or pool. The rental company was super responsive and we were able to rent a crib and high chair that they dropped off before we arrived. They had a beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrella, same toys. It was very well equipped! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely worth the price!!! Best air bnb I have ever used. And being I live in orlando do and come to Anna Maria island 3 -4 times a year. I will definitely be going thru AMI properties. You guys are straight class!! My family and I can’t thank you guys enough. God bless! 💪

Great location. Place had everything we needed. It's at walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the Pier. Beach is a block away. Private pool area is great for entertaining and the heated pool came in handy on a rainy day. Highly recommended for up to 8 people.

This place was fantastic. Well decorated, spacious and just lovely. Nice furniture! Outside seating was fantastic. Will be back! Upgrade recommendations- Throw blankets for living room. Outdoor TV. Ability to put AC a little lower.

We enjoyed this property as it was right in the heart of Anna Maria above a donut and taco shop, but still felt quiet and private at the same time. The backyard and pool was well gated and felt very separate from the establishments in front. I also loved the front and rear balconies; the front balcony was perfect to relax and feel connected to the community below, while the rear balcony made it easy to have multiple adults watching the kids swim while we laid down the babies for naps. The home was very clean, well kept and was of good quality. During our stay a storm knocked power from one of our outlets (of course it had to be the wifi outlet) and although there were many others in the area with damage from the storm as well, we only had to wait a few hours before the tech came and promptly fixed the issue. Our only negative to the experience was the single parking spot as our family traveled from two states to stay together, so only one parking spot was problematic. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

The space directly above the local taco and donut shops was exactly as advertised! Clean, quaint, and perfect for our family of 5 that took full advantage of the private pool and 1 block walk to the beach. Can't wait to come back!!

Nice, bright, very clean rental property. Pro and con: situated over a tacqueria and a donut shop. Food and both places is excellent. A little bit of noise from the taco shop, but not that bad. Convenient to beach and several good restaurant/bars. Plan on bringing everything - not so much as a salt shaker, but they do provide linens and nice beach towels.

We found the property to be furnished to a really good standard and had all the facilities we needed to have a great time there. It has nice balconies to sit out on and watch the world go by and chill out and the private pool was also great if you fancied cooling off. It is situated on Pine Ave which was perfect as it has all the shops ,cafes, etc, at walking distance. The free shuttle bus stop is on your door step which was ideal for getting around the island. All in all a great property , would go again .
