Welcome to Arts and Vines, a tropical oasis with lush landscaping, a private pool, and an in-ground spa for ultimate relaxation. Inside, enjoy a curated art gallery with three bedrooms, two and a half baths. This getaway blends nature's beauty with artistic inspiration, creating the perfect retreat for rejuvenation and tranquility.

As you make your way past the stone archway to the front of the home, you'll enter the main living floor. Here, you'll find a spacious seating area adorned with vibrant, coastal prints, and a TV that caters to all your streaming desires. The kitchen exudes an upscale vibe with its stainless-steel appliances and a large kitchen island equipped with bar seating. Moving on to the dining area, you'll come across a wet bar with a wine fridge, a table set for six, and a seamless flow to the deck, where you'll find a second dining table and plush seating area.

The primary bedroom is a bright, airy retreat with balcony access, luscious tropical views, and a spa-inspired ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have a fun and playful theme, and they are conveniently located near the hall bathroom, which has a shower and tub combination, and a half bath. Additionally, you'll find a laundry room and a sleeper sofa in the living room for your convenience.

Complete your fun-filled days with a relaxing evening on the rooftop deck; here, you can relax under the pergola or catch some sun from a lounger in the tranquil atmosphere of the trees. Look out through the canopy, and you'll see the Intracoastal Waterway.

Situated on Longboat Key's north end, Arts and Vines provides easy access to iconic destinations. The beach is less than a fifteen-minute walk away, and you'll find an array of shops and restaurants; plus, Anna Maria Island is just a short drive away!

5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. The 3-bay garage is not available for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by Anna Maria Island Accommodations , an Anna Maria Island property management company.

This house is, so special and the owner is just lovely such care and attention to detail and such a beautiful calm and relaxing location. I cannot wait for next year, so my husband and I can return.
