We had a great experience renting from Anna Maria Island Accommodations. We rented 10 weeks after Hurricane Helene and Milton. They were very honest about ongoing updates to the house. They called many times before our arrival to provide updates. During our stay the pool/spa had an issue. We reported the issue on the evening of December 23rd and it was fixed before dinner on Christmas Eve (24 hrs). We were very impressed they had a technician working on the Holiday. We were so thankful they got it fixed so we could enjoy the pool/spa during our stay. The elevator was getting repaired and they also worked on it during our stay. It didn't bother us. They even had someone stay at our house while the elevator company was working. That gave us peace of mind knowing they were keeping our house and belongings safe. Overall, we were very impressed and would rent from this company again. This is our 3rd time renting on the island and this company was by far the best one to work with. Thanks for everything!
