Relax in the resort-style pool and private hot tub or bask in the sun on the luxurious lounge chairs. Bring your boat or rent one and take advantage of the private dock. Banyan Manor is a dream vacation home located in the city of Anna Maria.

Banyan Manor is sure to make your group of up to eight people feel like royalty with its spacious four bedrooms that all have ensuite bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is any level cook's dream with its long island, updated cabinetry, a spacious oven, and gas stove. The open floor plan makes for seamless conversations while you prepare a delicious meal on the kitchen island, sit on the couch, or while you enjoy dinner. If indoor cooking and dining in not your thing, no worries, head downstairs to the covered patio where a beautiful island grill and dining table await you.

As you enter the primary ensuite bathroom you are met with modern design, a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone tub. The second bedroom has a tv, a closet, and a walk-in shower, and the room’s modern coastal design will have you feeling rejuvenated in no time. The third bedroom en-suite has a shower/tub combo and plenty of cabinet space. The bright fourth bedroom will either have you enjoying the island air out the balcony doors, cooling off in the walk-in shower, or sleeping peacefully. The fifth bathroom has a fun resort-style feel.

Upon your private ground-level entrance you will find a welcoming living area with sliding doors to the backyard sanctuary. Take a dip in the heated pool or relax your muscles in the hot tub. Anywhere you look you will find something to enjoy, like the covered living area with a TV for you to enjoy your favorite show or movie or play a friendly competitive game of pool. When you are ready to explore the island, you can hop on your own boat or rented boat, grab your fishing poles, or water floats and enjoy the warm waters. Grab your land legs for a 10-minute walk to the locally owned restaurants and bakeries.

If you’re looking for an easy, laidback, family friendly vacation home then this is the place. AMI Accommodations made the booking process easy. During their courtesy call they suggested restaurants and activities that my family loved. Anna Maria island is easy to navigate and my kids enjoyed riding taking the golf cart everywhere. This home has a fantastic pool and plenty of outdoor space to kick back. Will definitely rent again next year!

Excellent Stay 9 Days After Hurricane Ian

Our two families (two children each) waited until the last minute to be sure our plans for Banyan Manor were still a GO after the island's brush with Ian roughly 9 days earlier. Other than a quickly addressed pool issue likely related to the storm, it was all pretty perfect. The entire property is as beautiful as the pics, if not more so. The property mgmt. company was very attentive, and we all enjoyed our first time on Anna Maria Island.

New Home Construction for Great Beach Price

This is a very desirable home with new construction and modern features and amenities. It features plenty of inviting outdoor space with multiple seating areas centered around a pool and hut tub; this includes a pool table & ping pong table. Plenty of space and privacy. The home is on a canal with boat access, and about 2 blocks to beach access. Upon booking, guests will be directed to a local property management company, which was organized and responsive. This includes a separate rental agreement to sign, scan and return, which was reasonable and customary. We will definitely favor this home for our repeat visits to Anna Maria. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 4 couples and really enjoyed our stay. Location to the beach, town of AMI is excellent. We could walk easily to both. The house, kitchen is well equipped and has a beautiful pool and outside area. The management company is very responsive to any requests.

We stayed here in late July / Early August of 2022. This property is an easy walk to the beach. Backs up to the canal (dock fishing was great). Easy walk to the shops.Great outdoor living area with a very enjoyable pool. Every amenity you can think of (kitchen supplies, beach supplies, fishing poles, pool toys, etc). We slept 5 adults and two kids very comfortably.
