This home’s front deck provides picturesque and panoramic water views with the Historic City Pier and the lovely Sunshine Sky Bridge as its breathtaking backdrop. A gorgeous backyard awaits with a heated pool, lounge seating for your all guests and a game room for friendly competition. This home is perfect for large families looking to complete their dream vacation.

The Bay Breeze is ready to provide a fun and comfortable vacation stay for up to ten guests with its four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The bright open living space will have your family in awe looking out to the warm Gulf of Mexico out the large windows. Gather around the comfortable sectional, and watch your favorite shows and movies as you wait for your next meal and adventure. The kitchen will certainly get you in the cooking mood with its spacious countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Serve up some delicious snacks to your hungry family at the island bar and the indoor dining room. If outside dining is your style look no further, your patio has two tables for your group to enjoy dinner, drinks, the island breeze, and gorgeous views.

The primary bedroom has a private patio with steps down to the pool, and an en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a tv for when you are ready to wind down for bed or take in the fresh air out of your private balcony. The second bathroom has a super modern feel walk-in shower. The third bedroom has beautiful beach décor, and the third bathroom has a modern coastal feel. Up the fun, spiral stairs await a kid’s paradise, plenty of beds, and even a tv for the kids to watch their favorite movies on. The loft also had the fourth bathroom which has a shower/tub combo.

Not only does the property have a tropically landscaped backyard oasis but has a bottom-floor game room! The game room offers guests the option to play pool, shuffleboard, and even foosball. Others can blissfully watch a movie, grab a snack from the fridge, hop in the heated pool, and relax in the hot tub. Walk across the street and you will find a local coffee shop and a delicious seafood restaurant! A 5-minute walk away you’ll the Anna Maria General store which has yummy treats and any supplies you may have forgotten at home.

There are no pets allowed in this home.
