Welcome to Bay Breezes at Bayside Bungalow! This adorable vacation retreat has two bedrooms and one bathroom, all decorated with a delightful coastal theme to give you that perfect beach getaway. You'll love the private patio area where you can enjoy sipping coffee or cocktails while admiring the stunning water views across the bay.

The interior features a relaxing seating area decorated with calming neutral tones and lively splashes of bright blue, complete with a large TV and a cozy sofa. The kitchen has essential dishware, a coffee maker, and pots and pans. Whether you enjoy your meal at the stylish kitchen island or the elegant dining table, you'll have everything you need to indulge in a delicious meal.

Each of the two spacious bedrooms comes with premium mattresses, dressers, and televisions to ensure a great night's sleep for every guest. The main bathroom is equipped with a relaxing shower and tub combo, ideal for unwinding after an adventure-filled day. As an added convenience, the couch in the living room can convert into a sleeper sofa!

Bayside Bungalow is a unique bayside duplex with five units and an exquisite resort-style heated swimming pool. The pool area is designed to provide ample space for lounging and relaxing on comfortable chairs while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Plus, tables, two BBQ grills, and a stunning cabana offer an exceptional outdoor living experience. 1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. Please note there will be an additional pet fee associated, see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
