Bayside Cutie at Bayside Bungalow

I was pleasantly surprised by this spot, it seemed nicer than the photos and bigger although I wouldn’t recommend 4 ppl due to size + bathroom thru the bedroom, bed was extremely comfortable + you can’t beat the location across from the Waterfront/pier.
It was hard to find when we checked in but that was because all the parking spots (including ours that came with the unit) were taken so we couldn’t see the unit numbers and were walking around in the dark.
Due to the hurricane our flights got cancelled and we missed 2 nights of our 3 night stay, I did let the host know and although not their fault would have been nice if they offered something to offset as we ended up paying almost 1k to spend maybe 20 hours here.
We got multiple messages/emails/calls leading up to it with tons of info related to our stay. They asked to let them know if we check out early for the cleaners but I don’t think that’s a fair ask if they don’t accommodate early/late check ins but maybe that’s just me!

Charming accommodation across the street from beautiful private beach, steps away from the Anna Maria pier and town center.
Great restaurant across the street and just blocks away from numerous eateries, shopping and rental stops.
Located in a quiet part of the island, only a 6 block walk from the gulf side to the bay side. Amazing beaches and sunsets.
The villa was clean and tastefully decorated. The shower water pressure felt AWESOME after a day and evening at the beach. The kitchen and dining area was charming.
Highly recommended this little island gem. Everything we wished for at our fingertips.

Bayside Cutie is a perfect location! It was across the street from the bay and 4 blocks from the other side of the island to the gulf. The locals were amazingly friendly. It's a little city in itself; rented golf carts and bicycles.
The shower in the unit was OFF THE CHARTS! The pool is very small and shaded, disappointing. A full length mirror would have been nice. The kitchen had every amenity that you could think of. The bathroom is in the bedroom so, unless you're a couple or family, that could be uncomfortable. I slept on the pull out couch like a dream.
I found it quite pricey, more than the original listing but, still enjoyed my stay. Did I say that the shower was OFF THE CHARTS? Definitely worth repeating!

This is a perfect location on Anna Maria Island. On the quiet side of the island and in walking distance to all.
The space is well decorated and updated. Lots of linens and pillows. Super clean with little details that make things immediately easier- like coffee filters, dish soap, paper towels, tissues,etc.. 👍🏻

Wonderful place to stay on Anna Maria Island! Right across the street are the bay and pier, great for evening walks, spotting dolphins, and walking your furry friends. The Waterfront Restaurant right across the street was excellent. Try their margarita. Super smoky! The grounds are beautifully kept-up, the entire place was calming, cozy, and super laid-back (the #1 thing we love about visiting AMI—the chill atmosphere). And no need to bring or buy beach chairs. ☺️ Also, we were both blown away by Locals and AMI Accommodations’s amazing communication with us during our entire stay! 10/10

Great location, nice pool, good food and drinks walking distance. The beach is really close and so is the pier for fishing or just taking a walk. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Free WIFI, great TV's and plenty of AC which keeps you cool. The fridge makes ice so you can fill your coolers and take your drinks to the beach. The pool area also has 2 gas powered BBQ's incase you want to get your grill on for the fam!

I’ve been vacationing and celebrating my birthday at Anna Maria for about 12 years now. It was my daughters birthday and we decided to come celebrate hers. We usually rent a house however decided to give this condo a try. It was quaint, clean and close to all the island amenities. Online suggestions are to add a full length mirror since it’s too hard to get 3 girls ready and take insta pics; also the sofa bed mattress needs upgrading, and upstairs neighbors were loud the 2nd night, check in us too early to cook breakfast and enjoy the last morning. Overall great for a couple day getaway!

This little apartment was perfect for two. It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed and the text messages from the rental company were very prompt. The pool was really nice and very warm, which is important to me. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, the bay, the beach and the neighborhood. We will be back!

Cute little apartment across the street from the water & pier. Not much of a beach to speak of- but the other beaches on the island were very pretty. Pool was nice for our little guy- small and easy to get to. We ate at the seafood restaurant across the street- by far the best meal we had in AMI. Great stay- we’d come back for sure.

In the beginning due to changes caused by Covid we had some issues with our rental and had to be switched to a new location the day we arrived. The first rental we were moved to did not meet our expectations and we were pretty disappointed, however after speaking with Vanessa and Lindsy thru AMI locals we were upgraded to a beautiful rental close to the beach. I would definitely reserve future trips with them as I know that if something went wrong they would work hard to make it right.

Clean, modern, very stylish little 1 bedroom in a great location. The kitchen and living room are very comfortable and updated, the location is right next to restaurants and coffee shops. The main beach is a short walk down the road. The only complaints I have are that the bathroom is directly next to the bed (not a great place for non-couples) and the floors are thin (tons of noise from an upstairs child running around during all hours).

We enjoyed our stay at Bayside Bungalow so much. The location was more than ideal in the best beach on the island, in my opinion. We found so many fun treasures in the water right across the street from our place. My older daughter and I were able to fish off the pier while my husband went back to the pool to swim . We rode bikes, walked to get donuts and ice cream and enjoyed our family time together. The place was tiny, but super clean and quaint. We all feel in love and will be back. Thank you fir a wonderful stay.

The best place I have stayed in on Ana Maria. Clean ,beautiful , two large screen TVs, Brand new stainless appliances...The only downside is the excessive cleaning fee..but I knew that before I booked.

This place was in a perfect location for walking the cute Pine St. shops and places to eat. The pier was closed but we enjoyed walking to the beach across the street at low tide and walked all the way to the Gulf side too! The accommodations are best for 2 people, we managed with 4 for our short stay though. The pool was perfect and having on site laundry was amazing. I would come back here and rent one of the larger units!

My wife and I recently stay here in the bayside Cutie. The condo was very clean. It is a wonderful location as it’s steps away from the bay and just a short walk or drive to the gulf. We spent most of our time on the beach but did spend one afternoon at the pool. It was clean and refreshing on our hottest day. Nikki was very responsive with answers to any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back and staying with once upon a beach!

We had such a wonderful relaxing time at the condo that sits right in Anna Maria. The condo super cute with a beach vibe with a perfect location across the from the beach & a few steps away to a restaurant the Waterfront. The condo is in the perfect location as the trolley stop is a block up next to the pier, walking distances to other restaurants, a general store & shops. The pool area was nice & clean & it had a designated laundry area that was very nice. The owner was super nice, brought us a new umbrella for the beach and was always available & responded quickly. This is the perfect spot to stay for a nice relaxing vacation. I recommend the Donut Experience for awesome donuts, Skinny’s place for a great burger & beer. If you like seafood there’s lots of restaurants to choose from. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Bayside Cutie was everything the description said it would be! Perfect location...right across the street was the Bay (watched the sunrise), at the other end of the street was a beautiful beach (grab a drink at the Sandbar and watch the sun set). We spent our mornings at the beach and afternoon lounging by the pool, which was so relaxing. Everything you need is within walking distance (fine and casual dining, coffee shops, shopping, post office, ice cream shop, general store, etc) . The unit was immaculate. The notebook Nikki left covers it all. Truly, could not have been more impressed! This was our first trip to Anna Maria, but it will not be our last!

The property is beautiful and well appointed. It was quite comfortable for the two of us. The pool area is quite beautiful as was the 20 steps to the beach to watch sunrise in the morning. It is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the trolley. There is no real closet, but a hanging rack is provided. There also is some noise from the upstairs unit. Overall, however, a wonderful stay.

The name Bayside Cutie is a perfect description. We made friends with other guests while there and was blown away with unit 5. It has three bedrooms, but a nice view of the bay, and the living space is beautifully decorated and spacious. Very nice pool area and a clean community laundry in the building. Great location, too!

We had a great week on Anna Maria Island at Bayside. Our condo was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area was great for a quiet break during the day. The condo is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, the piers and across the street from the bay that has nice shaded areas for just hanging out by the water. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to all our questions. We would recommend this condo to anyone desiring a fun and restful holiday.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights so we were able to get out and about on AMI. We enjoyed the property very much. As frequent travelers, we really enjoyed the directly outside the door parking spot, the very nice pool area, and great accessibility to the beach across the street. The towels and beach chairs were much appreciated! A couple suggestions- if you could stock a couple plastic glasses/cups that would be great- since you can't have glass by the pool, we had to go out and get some. Also, it is super convenient usually for Homeaway users to have access to the sunscreen/ bug spray/ leftover shower items from previous users and I really missed that in this trip, even though it was nice how uncluttered the rental was. We loved going to the Waterfront restaurant across the street and sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs near the beach with a bottle of wine every night was fantastic! Communication with the Owner was great! Thanks for the great trip! I have a few pictures of sunset, etc that I look that I'll post to the Instagram!

Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated ocean front property. The private pool and courtyard area is beautifully landscaped and provides a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. Access to the beach is immediately across the street and the view is absolutely stunning. Bird watchers will enjoy the variety of species inhabiting the island and ocean area. The owner even provides beach chairs and towels for personal use. The quiet location is perfect and within walking distance from the pier, restaurants, and a multitude of quaint shops where you can find almost anything you need including fantastic ice cream or an evening cocktail. The pier restaurant offers a superb dining experience and a fantastic view of the ocean. I would recommend the Bayside Cutie to anyone looking for a relaxing and charming "Island getaway" experience!

From the correspondence directly following our booking till the day we left Nikki was simply outstanding. Arriving at the Bayside Cutie everything was just as advertised. Any information that would be needed for our stay was conveniently detailed in a well put together informational binder. We made it a point to check out a lot of the places Nikki had marked as her personal favorites. The pool area was immaculate along with our apartment. The close proximity to the beach and the pier was an incredible convenience that allowed for a hassle free access. There are many quaint little shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If you are looking to spend your vacation in a quaint little home away from home in paradise, then you will not be disappointed. I cant say enough about our trip to Anna Maria Island, we will definitely be returning to the Island in the near future and will be looking foreword to staying at Bayside Cutie again

Lovely pool area though I was disappointed that instead of wooden chaise lounges with white cushions as in the website pictures, there were plastic chaise lounges... But overall the place was clean and comfortable and easy access to great restaurants and beaches!!

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed about our chairs, but unfortunately all of the wooden lounge chairs in the photo all broke within 6 weeks of installing them.
