Beach Baby features a two-bedroom and two-bathroom. On the main living level, you will find an open living space entering right into the kitchen to ensure conversations are flowing effortlessly. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and appealing granite countertops to make meal prepping feel like a dream. Guests can watch the chef cook up a delicious snack while seating at the island bar, or they can lounge on the living room couches and catch up on their favorite shows or watch the newest released movie. There are many locations for you to enjoy your delicious island meals, gather inside at the dining table, step outside onto your tropical-feeling covered deck or walk downstairs and enjoy your feast by the beautiful blue pool.

The primary bedroom will have you changing your watch to island time with its tropical feel and access to your outside oasis and the ensuite has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom will has a bright coastal design, complete with a tv, and inviting ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in your private heated pool or relax your muscles in the hot tub. The ground-level floor features an indoor retreat with a tv and a foosball table to bring out the competitiveness of your group. Located on the north end of Anna Maria Island Beach Bay is just a short stroll over to Bean Point Beach and Anna Maria Island Park. Take the island trolly to the delicious locally owned restaurants that are just a mile away.

5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
