Our family stayed for one week and loved every minute! The house was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing. Restaurants and shops were close enough to walk. Short walk to the beach - perfect! Thank you!

Hello Everything was perfect, very clean, well located. Easy to communicate with the agency and easy check in/out process. 200 feet from the beach and all shopping. Will definitely book again, I would just advise to replace the master bedroom mattress not very comfortable Will definitely come back

We had a fabulous stay in AMI. The house was as described, small but all that we needed for our family if 6. It was a perfect location, a very short walk to beach and shops. House was clean and cute. We'd love to see more beach buckets and shovels, but loved having the chairs and wagon. We'd also suggestotw hooks outside for towels and wet bathing suits. Overall, a great stay!

This place is very close to the beach and restaurants. Can walk to a lot of places. Just be aware that they are VERY picky about parking on the island. We parked in what we “thought” was the driveway in front of the house (off the road) and we got a parking ticket. The driveway beside is very skinny. It says it can hold 4 cars but they would have to be super tiny. We could barely get our 3 cars in back far enough. Just be aware!! Everyone Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub!!!

We loved our visit to Beach Breeze! It was clean, charming and you can’t beat the location - a block from the beautiful beach and a block from a quaint little downtown with restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! We traveled with our family of 4, my brother, and my parents. We specifically chose this home because it has the second building with a king suite which allowed for my parents to have their own seperate space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the house was a block walk to the beach (6 beach chairs provided and a wagon to bring it all in!) and we throughly enjoyed our time out by the pool and hot tube as well. A bonus for us was the large master closet space off the bathroom. We were able to put our 2 year old in there to sleep in a pack n play (which we also rented through the rental company) and not be disturbed by his older brother who slept in the bunk bed room. Such a beautiful island with tons to do. We will be back!

This cottage is awesome. It is super clean and nicely decorated. The pools and hot tub were perfect. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. They put out lots of beach towels and there is a beach wagon and chairs. The coffee machine is an old style Mister Coffee that uses a basket style filter so you may want to bring some of those and your coffee with you. Would rent again anytime.

More than enough space, clean, stocked kitchen, available beach necessities and the pool was perfect for relaxing after being in the sun all day. Will def us AMI locals next time I visit. 😎

This is a great property! The location can't be beat: a two minute walk to the beach and immediately adjacent to shops on Pine Street. The home is spacious, with plenty of room for our family of five (could easily accommodate 8-10). The kitchen and baths were modern, and well-appointed. The property was thoroughly clean inside and out. The outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were perfect for lounging before/after the beach. We especially appreciated the furnished beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, towels), AND the wagon needed to haul all this to/from the beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to be close to both the beach and to the shops on Pine Street. Being a short walk from both the beach and from the great food options allowed us to keep the car parked in the driveway for most of the week! AMI Locals (the property manager) were also very easy to work with.

The house looks just like in the pictures! It is incredibly beautifully decorated, very cozy and clean, with an amazing location. You can walk to the beach or to restaurants. My friends and I loved the house and we would definitely love to stay there again. The only drawback about the place is the local law in Anna Maria Island that prohibits noise or music after 10 pm, which is considerably quite early. But other than that this house is a 10/10!!!

We loved every second at this property! The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and you cannot beat the location. It was quiet and safe. Just a few min walk to the free trolley, which runs often and has stops every couple of blocks for ice cream, shopping, the pier, restaurants and a five min walk to have your toes in the water. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, which were not overly chemically treated and the remained the perfect temperature. The back deck allowed for lots of sun, shade if you want it, a clothes line, large table, comfy seating and an outdoor shower to rinse off. The garage was stocked with a beach wagon, noodles and toys. Even with 4 adults and 3 kids in and out of the pool, showering and to the beach, we had plenty of towels. The thermostat and TVs were easy to manage. Liz and Dallas at AMI guest services were super friendly and patient. The driveway runs right alongside the house so loading and unloading was a breeze. Amazing first time in AMI. Couldn’t have picked a better location! Quiet beach only a couple of blocks. Precious free library book house across the street. Fresh donuts and coffee out the back gate and shops and pier within walking distance. Another perk was the Sandbar restaurant right down the beach... oysters for lunch and strawberry Collins at sunset ! Amazing vacation... thank you AMI!! Just what these mountain kids needed.

The location was great - a block off the beach and a block from the happenings on Pine Street. You cannot beat it if you want to stay on the north end of AMI. Place was great. Clean, well maintained, configured well (the separate apartment really worked out for us so my 80 year old mother had her own space), appeared to be a relatively recent refurbishment, and everything worked well. We had a group of 10, so the large open space in the main room was great, and the pool deck / hot tub area was nice. All in all, it worked out very well for us. Communication was great - all automated emails and text messages - and instructions were clear. You can tell it is professionally managed. My only complaint is that the supplies were really sparse for a unit that is hosting 10 people. Before you check in you get a terse message about how much toilet paper and other supplies you get. It is good to set expectations, so we could buy extra in advance, however, at the rates they charge for the unit (in our case over the holidays > $1300 / night), you might expect the management company not to skimp on TP and dishwasher soap, given up to 10 people will be staying there. In the overall scheme of things, it is minor, but detracted from the "luxury" accommodations feel. From their pre-arrival note: A 'starter kit' of supplies is provided by AMI Locals. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 bar soap in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a dishwasher pod, a small bottle of dish soap, and one trash bag per trash can in the house. After these items are used, the guests will be responsible for purchasing these items to cover their needs as they determine necessary.

This house is situated on a quiet street and literally 4 houses from the beach!! The location made it worth the stay if nothing else did!! We had kids ranging from 2-9 years old and a 17 year old. There was hardly any traffic on our road or crossing to get to the beach. My only drawback was the guest bedroom with the king bed is really tight and that second bathroom is also small. However, neither is a deal breaker. I'd stay there year after year!! Living area is very spacious as well as the master. Overall, we absolutely LOVE this place and AMI!!

This place was perfect for our family of 9. The extra room off to the pool worked perfect for my parents which go to bed earlier than the rest of us. Very short walk to the beautiful beaches and the pool/deck area was great to relax in the evenings. The donut shop in the back was great along with all the neat shops that are in walking distance. I would certainly suggest this property to a friend and use in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about this property, but you better watch out for people randomly parking in your area to get to the beach.

Perfect location! House was as described and photographed. Very short walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets. The pool and hot tub was awesome. However, the pool pump is a bit noisy especially if you are sleeping in the back bedroom. Would definitely return!! Great company to rent from!

Beach Breeze was exactly what my family was looking for in a rental. It was very relaxing. Everyone had their own bedroom and private space. The beach is less than 75 yards away from the front door. The pool area was very great. Everything you need for the beach was provided. It is close to everything you need from cute little places to eat, to cart rentals, and most important ice cream stores. My family is talking about coming for two weeks instead of one, and Beach Breeze will be high our places to rent.
