Welcome to Beach Breezes, an inviting vacation home with a stunning backyard pool and just a five-minute walk to the beach. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this rental sleeps up to six guests. Guests can relax and connect in the welcoming living room over conversation, games, or tv, and head out to the balcony to enjoy the breeze. Snack and meal preparation is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and countertop seating for guests to keep the chef company and grab a quick meal. Guests can enjoy meals and quality family time in the dining room or under the covered patio by the pool.

The primary bedroom is a perfect retreat after a long day at the beach and has two closets for storing your island wardrobe, balcony access to recharge with a book and coffee, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower to refresh and unwind. Guests will sleep tight to the sound of palms rustling in the breeze in the second bedroom. Younger guests will enjoy the third bedroom which has nautical hues and a storage closet for all their beach necessities. The sleeper sofa in the living room gives guests additional sleeping space to ensure a great stay. The hallway bathroom has a shower and tub combination for guests to refresh.

The backyard is a tropical oasis where guests can enjoy island time. The sparkling pool has a sun shelf and swim-up bar for cooling off in the sun and a hot tub for soaking your worries away. Play ping pong or watch the flat-screen television under the covered patio. Serve dinner cooked on the grill or play bartender at the whimsical tiki bar. A close walk to the beach and a free trolley stop, this location is a perfect place from which to explore Anna Maria Island. Boat rentals, fishing charters, kayak tours, golf, and more are available, or take the free trolley to Pine Street and enjoy the local boutiques and restaurants. There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
