From the driveway, a glance down the quiet residential street reveals a public beach access less than a 2-minute walk away! After enjoying the good life - sugary white sand beneath your feet and emerald green waters to swim in - come back to your private heated pool and hot tub to cap off a day in paradise.

Inside the large open-concept living area is complemented by a generous flat screen HDTV, coastal-inspired furnishing and decorations, and a front porch/table with seating for 4. There is a king bed with TV in the 3rd floor Master bedroom, and 2 full beds with TV in the main level bedroom. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is also a sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor landing. Beauty and the Beach has a Blu Ray player with a selection of movies, and also a selection of board games! This one of a kind villa sleeps up to 6 people.
