Welcome to Big Nauti, a stunning canal front vacation home that is packed with amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, putting green, pool table, an elevator, and a rooftop deck with incredible panoramic water views. This three-story luxury getaway has eight bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and an additional half bath, making it the perfect home for big families and friends traveling together. Guests can even bring along their pets! With the Gulf of Mexico beaches just a minute's walk away, you and your guests will be surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the salty Gulf and bay, where you can relax and escape from it all.

Swaying palms, tropical breezes, and the fresh salty air greets you upon arrival. The great room on the second floor features a chic coastal seating area with a TV and abundant natural sunlight that glows from the large frame windows. The state-of-the-art kitchen has stainless steel appliances, culinary essentials, and a large kitchen island with breakfast stools. Guests can choose to have their meals at the formal dining room table or the outdoor table on the deck, and both have Bay views!

Five of the eight bedrooms, including the primary one, are on the third floor. The primary bedroom is a dream come true with a plush King bed, stunning water views with access to the third-floor balcony, and an ensuite bathroom designed with unique tiles, a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a standalone soaking tub. Two of the bedrooms on the third floor have King beds, TVs, and beautiful ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and the other two bedrooms are ideal for kids, each has an ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find the last three bedrooms. Each is appointed with a King bed, a tv, elegant décor, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. A sleeper sofa in the living room ensures every guest has a comfortable stay.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
