This incredible rental features a sixty-foot dock plus a private pool to host a fantastic island experience for yourself and your guests. With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, this rental sleeps up to eight guests. The bright living area has lighted tract ceilings and plenty of casual seating for your guests to rest, connect, or watch a movie in comfort.

Enjoy delicious homemade meals and the best Anna Maria Island take-out at the indoor dining area, or on enjoy some fresh air while you dine on the covered patio. Whether making a fresh island meal in the kitchen or mixing drinks at the wet bar, this kitchen has it all, a Wine cooler, Stainless steel appliances, Two icemakers in the kitchen and one commercial, Additional refrigerator and freezer in the garage

The spacious primary bedroom is a private retreat with vibrant island colors, a sitting room with games, and a luxury ensuite bathroom with a Rain shower system with wall, hand, and ceiling shower heads and a Toto electronic washlet.
Natural light makes the second and third bedrooms bright and cheery, with nautical designs, and both have an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower for your guests to recharge for their next adventure. The spa tones of the fourth bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower will lull guests into relaxation - this room features three king bunk beds. All bedrooms have televisions and plenty of closet space for your island wardrobe.

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.  

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company. 

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

This was our family’s first visit to AMI. This home was absolutely stunning. Our boys loved the putting green, ping pong and arcade room! We spent the majority of our time in the pool and hot tub and hammock. Enjoyed the beach chairs and pool toys.The landscape lights and black rocks looked amazing. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. This home is stunning, so exquisite. AMI is a beautiful Island, but we truly never wanted to leave this home. We enjoyed it all, every inch of it! Our family was here for my sister's wedding on the beach, and we hope to come back one day, to the most beautiful property on the island. For a week, I got to stay in my "Barbie Dream House!" What a lovely home!We enjoyed the accommodations immensely! The patio was our favorite gathering spot. Mornings were wonderful sipping coffee while listening to the hot tub waterfall spill into the pool. The large kitchen, island, family room are so spacious and comfortable. The fantastic floorplan allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy quality sleep.Bikinis and Martinis was the perfect choice for our family. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

What a lovely home! The cover porch was our favorite place to gather, perfect for sipping coffee while listening to the waterfall pour gently into the glistening pool. The large kitchen island and family room are so spacious and comfortable. The fantastic floor plan allows everyone to spread out and get great sleep. Oh, and did I mention clean? Wow, spotless and I am so picky! The pool table, game room and proximity to all things fun was ideal. The few issues we had were handled within an hour of making the call to the office. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Thank you for sharing your amazing house with us. The weather was absolutely the best! We enjoyed lots of time on the water, pool time and lots of laughter. We caught fish and enjoyed our ultra fresh meals.The covered area is awesome, and we spent hours enjoying each others company. We loved the Golden Retrievers across the canal --- we left our three Goldens at home with our favorite sitter.The game room was lots of fun!! The PINBALL MACHINE was a huge hit! It was great to play!We plan to be back again and again, and sooner rather than later! Thank you!

The house is amazing, spacious, and with plenty of amenities. It is also beautifully decorated. The managers were super rapid and nice and to respond to all our queries. We would definitely recommend and come back soon!

A Piece of Paradise!

Our stay at Bikinis and Martinis was absolutely perfect. We were celebrating my husbands one year cancer journey with our children from age 6 to 24. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy during our stay. I loved the huge kitchen to cook meals, ice maker was a plus and plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have privacy if needed. I don’t think we turned on the television one time. All of our time was spent on the covered porch with comfortable seating, dips in the pool and time in the hot tub. We loved the canal and the kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaks (that we rented). Everything was exceptionally clean and as advertised. If you have children this is the place to stay. The pool is very large compared to other rentals on the island and the game room was a hit with the kids and adults. We are planning to rebook for next year.
