Welcome to Blue Pearl, an inviting vacation home just an eight-minute walk from the beach with a private pool, hot tub, and a separate private suite! With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this perfect rental getaway even has room for your pets. The open living space allows conversations to flow effortlessly between guests and discuss Anna Maria Island activities. The kitchen will certainly get you in the cooking mood with its spacious countertops, bright atmosphere, and stainless-steel appliances. The adjacent dining room is perfect for serving fresh-cooked meals and unique island takeout or enjoying freshly caught seafood on the grill in the backyard.

The primary bedroom is located upstairs as a loft space with plenty of space for relaxing after long days of Anna Maria Island Activities and has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a spacious tub. Downstairs are the second and third bedrooms. Both exude luxury and have access to the private patio. There is a hallway bathroom with a modern walk-in shower for guests to refresh. Additionally, by the pool is the private suite perfect for multiple families traveling together or big groups and has an ensuite bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower.

The sparkling pool and hot tub provide hours of entertainment for when guests are ready to take a break from the gorgeous gulf beach that is just a quick walk away, and the outdoor sectional gives plenty of seating options for sunning and relaxation. The free Island trolley stop is a two-minute walk from your doorstep. Check out Rod and Reel Pier at secluded Bean Point and the famous Pine Ave. Enhance your dream vacation by booking a manatee and dolphin tour, rent bikes, plan a golf trip, enjoy a spa day, rent kayaks and paddle boards, book a fishing charter, or take a sunset sail to make the most of your Anna Maria Island vacation!

-Second Bedroom, 1st floor: King bed, tv, and access to the patio.
-Third Bedroom, 1st floor: King bed, tv, and access to the patio.
-Private Detached Suite: King bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
