This common area is bathed in natural sunlight from its windows and nearly wall-to-wall sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is massive and simply stunning. It features light-gray, marbled granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, and a kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar for three. There is a sliding glass door in the kitchen that provides access to one of Blue Tide's covered balconies. This balcony has a large, rounded outdoor dining set with seating for six and views of the front yard area.
