Welcome to Blue Turtle, a canal-front home with stunning views just four blocks from the beach! Your backyard oasis features a heated pool, tropical landscaping, and the opportunity to dock your boat, kayak, or paddleboard so you can easily explore the bay. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom gem is on the island's north end, three blocks from the famous Pine Avenue, where you can enjoy local restaurants and boutiques like a local.

The main floor boasts vibrant colors and cheerful beach decor. The kitchen has beautiful blue hues, a full suite of appliances, and island seating for two, and off to the right is the formal dining room with a coastal table. Upstairs has a TV room with a large sectional and a second area with a sofa and a desk, and downstairs is a spacious game room with seating, a TV, and an air hockey table! The living room and dining room have access to the main floor deck area and rooftop deck, where you can sit back and take in the island breeze, enjoy refreshments, or watch fellow guests swim.

The primary bedroom features patio access, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with two vanities, a shower, and a tub. The second bedroom has more of a Caribbean feel, with dark wood furnishings and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms boast island vibes and have Tvs for late-night entertainment. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower, shelf space, and counter space to hold all necessities.

Blue Turtle is less than a mile away from Bayfront Park, AMI City Pier, and Palmetto Ave Beach. Stop by Pine Ave for some local treats and check out the local tour guides for some great private tours.

Perfect location! Right in between the beach and pier. So close to Pine with all the shops. The house was so nice and clean. Plenty of room and nicer than the pictures showed.

Words won’t describe how much we love this place.Our four toddler children loved this place along with pregnant wife and Nanny.This home was super functional for us with so much other space available.Honestly the pictures doesn’t do this home Justice to be honest. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

This property is actually nicer than it is portrayed on websites. Clean, comfortable and lovely. Conveniently located. Dock, deck and rooftop lookout are only a few of the areas that make this property so appealing. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return sometime soon.

We had a wonderful experience-This house is much more beautiful in real life than the photos!! The location is on the prettier, quieter side of the island—The heater in the pool went out midway through our trip- the weather was cooler so we REALLY missed having a heated pool- BUT- the property managers stayed on top of the issue- communication was fantastic- (it was fixed our last day…). The heated pool breaking was not the fault of property management - and AMI locals were always ready to help. (Example- the first day we got there- I couldn’t figure out the tv remotes — I called- and 30 minutes later- someone was there and helped me through that- andTa- dah- . working TVs. !Super clean! This was by far the nicest VRBO I’d ever stayed at- considering the property, cleanliness, management, communication, amenities (although a FEW more basics would have been helpful …. Like including at least a single Washing machine detergent (one of our kids thew up the vry first night (motion sick from the flight) , and we weren’t able to do any laundry til the next morning) … but otherwise - amazing$
