Welcome to Butterfly Beach Villas Unit B! This vibrant two bedroom and one bathroom vacation home is located just a few blocks away from the Gulf beaches in a quiet and highly walkable neighborhood. You'll love the spacious backyard with plenty of seating, a hammock, a grill, and a grass area that's perfect for playing yard games or spending time with your pets.

Step inside to a gorgeous open layout filled with abundant natural sunlight from the large, framed windows. The great room is meant for entertaining with a plush sofa, chairs, and mounted smart tv. The well-equipped kitchen highlights stainless steel appliances, quartz counters with a breakfast bar, and pots and pans for preparing a fantastic meal!

For comfort, the bedrooms are designed with luxury bedding, closets to stow your beach bags, and ambient lighting with ceiling fans. The primary features a Queen bed, and your second bedroom is styled with two full over full bunks. The modern bathroom is accessed from the hallway and has a glass-walled step-in shower with a refreshing mounted rain shower head and a vanity with storage.

The house was absolutely adorable. Convenient location right in the middle of Holmes Beach. Spacious enough but not too big. Smart TV is a great perrk!

Property exceeded our expectations. Don't let the steer view fool you. Very well updated inside. Beautiful decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds. Close walk to beach access. Only improvement idea would be to add another mirror maybe in the master and a frying pan in the kitchen. Also the laundry and dryer is located at another unit so feels a bit like you are trespassing. We came during a week where we needed heating and AC. Both worked great. Will be back.
