Not happy with all the extra charges. Next time we will go directly to the company and not through vrbo. Also upset with damage fee. Do we get that back if everything is ok.

This house was great for our family, 3 children. The downstairs suite was perfect for my father in law, who joined us as well! The kitchen was well stocked and we were easily able to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable and overall the house was beautiful and very comfortable! The pool area is amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough! The garage was stocked full of fun toys and games. The outdoor shower was convenient and so nice! This house was perfect, exactly what we were looking for and such a treat for our family. I would recommend for younger kids, bring crocs or something like that for around the pool. The deck is slick when wet, but water shoes or crocs make that no issue at all!

We had a fabulous time! The pool and hot tub were perfect. The basketball hoop was a fun bonus in the pool area. A walk to bean point beach was on point! All of the beach amenities were provided from the house with a cart. Sunsets on the roof deck, golf carts we rented, shopping,etc. Loved it all! We'll be back.

Overall, “Called in Sic” was exactly as advertised. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, one block from the beach, the location couldn’t have been better. The roof deck was off the charts. 360 degree view for miles. The house was pristinely clean when we arrived. Communication with the rental company was prompt and extremely attentive. The pool provided both adequate shade as well as sun filled spots to lounge. The garage area was awesome, and a favorite of the kids in our group. The outdoor TV/lounge area was a great spot to hang out at night. A couple minor critiques, the construction next door was unfortunate, but unavoidable from the renters standpoint. The weekdays we stayed were filled with hammers and loud music from the construction crew from about 10am thru 5pm, and was noticeable if you were on the roof deck our out by the pool. We drowned out most of the noise with our own speaker, but definitely a downfall of being on an area of the island that has construction. The first night we stayed, we were excited to fire up the grill, only to find out the propane tanks were both empty. We contacted the rental company via text and there were 2 tanks delivered before we woke up the next day. We had to change our plans from grilling hamburgers to using the stove, which proved difficult with only one frying pan provided. Overall, everything was outstanding. We will look to book the same week next year, when the construction next door will be finished. Location unmatched

This house was perfect for a girls weekend away with family - plenty of room to spread out for 6 people. The pool was awesome - and we enjoyed the hot tub portion since we had cooler temps. 5 minute walk to a Bean Point beach entrance made for easy trips back and forth to the beach! Walk to town/trolley is ~15 minutes as well. The rooftop is such a great spot to relax with plenty of seating! Great communication with the property manager. We loved our stay at AMI and would rent here again!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Called in Sic. Comfortable beds, lots of amenities, easy walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub. The outside and garage “playroom” set up is great for both kids and adults. We will definitely come back!

Six 58+ year olds who have been friends since elementary school stayed at this property the first week in May. We absolutely loved the house. We hung out at the pool & patio area for a portion of every day! The ping pong table and games in the garage were an excellent bonus and the roof top patio was beautiful. The location was convenient, but we were glad to have rented a golf cart for the week to get around the island. The house was completely as promised and as pictured. When our internet service went out, it was fixed the very next day. Communication with the management company was responsive & timely. I hope to stay at this property again!

This property was amazing. Plenty of space for couples but also would have been great with kids too. We especially loved having the pool, and really enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck. The location is perfect with a very short walk or bike ride to multiple access points to the beach. We would definitely return to this wonderful location!

This home was as advertised! My family loved it for the week. The location on the island is ideal, with wonderful access to both the bay side and gulf side beaches. The home was well equipped, except for the lack of a pantry for food storage. The pool was amazing and so nice after a long day at the beach. A beautiful home and we will definitely look to return.

The house was fitting for our needs and the location was awesome! The partially covered pool was great for those of us who needed a break from the sun. The rental company was so helpful and took care of any concerns we had right away. The rooftop deck was my favorite part of the house because the views of the ocean and sunrise/sunsets were amazing. We watched dolphins swim by and lots of cool birds (including Quaker parrots) and even did some morning yoga overlooking the ocean. Great stay!

We would highly recommend this property for a multi-generational family! There was something for everyone. The open concept kitchen/living area was bright and spacious and we were able make some really nice meals-kitchen had plenty of kitchenware. The rooftop deck was awesome for morning coffee or a sunset drink. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Really nice washer/dryer, which we used a lot. Extra fridge in garage was perfect for storing drinks. The decor really made us feel like we were living the beach life! The mostly shaded pool was the bomb! Our 6 and 3 year old grandkids LOVED it. The underwater swim deck was perfect for the 3 year old to get in and out of the pool. The adult kids loved the hot tub (don't forget to try all the colored pool lights at night!) The pool/hot tub could easily fit all 8 of us at one time. There are lots of in-pool benches. 8 large beach towels were provided and well used! Really nice outside shower. The house had lovely landscaping and all the palms and vegetation around the pool made it seem like we were in our own little tropical paradise. We had never heard of AMI before and we all ended up loving the island. The north end of the island was perfect for our trip, quieter and not as much traffic. We would recommend renting golf carts for the week. Everyone loved driving to restaurants or for ice cream or just taking in the scenery on the carts. Also very handy for taking everything to the beach, as parking on the island is tricky/limited. We were happy to find there was a beach wagon and plenty of beach chairs in the garage, along with some sand toys and an umbrella. The beach/water was beautiful and less crowded on the gulf side at the north end. Our 6 year old grandson asked if we could stay for 100 days, can't get higher praise than that!

Great house in a very nice location. My family enjoyed stay at the property. This is our second stay at AMI. The house is across the street from one of the best beaches in AMI and probably all Florida. The kids and the family did spend the most time in the pool and the jacuzzi, which are heated and nicely placed in a shaded area under the deck, with pool getting sunlight as the day progresses. This was perfect for the kids who could just swim there all day without even needing sunscreen. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch to enjoy the view from above and maybe even get a glance at sunrise/sunset.

Great experience for my family. Just steps from the bay area and 50 yards from the North pointe...where you have a very clear view of the Gulf and Bay area. House is completely remodeled on the inside, pool area was very clean and relaxing. The roof top terrace is what my wife and I enjoyed the most. Watching the sunrise and sunset. Check in couldn't be any smoother. We rented a Golf cart for the week and the kids had a blast with that as well. The house came with paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, ping pong table and so much more. We will be back! Management team was great to work with...very simplistic process!

We absolutely loved our stay at Called in Sic. The house was perfect for us with several bedrooms and baths, it was also very well stocked and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent! You can walk to Bean Point Beach and Rod and Reel Pier. The pool area is private and so very wonderful for all of us to hang together. The upper patio is the perfect spot for beautiful sunsets! The management company was wonderful! The morning we arrived, a storm had knocked out all cable and internet in the house. The management team tried very hard to have everything repaired that Saturday but it had to wait until Monday. Not a big deal, but my son had a zoom business meeting Monday morning. So, the management team brought equipment to the house to be sure he could log in. So awesome! We would love to stay in this house again and would rent from the management team as well.

We have always stayed on ami and like trying new homes! This one was very nice! Kitchen well stocked, beautiful pool and spa with cool lights! Two minute walk to rod and reel for breakfast and view from the too lookout was gorgeous! Little longer walk to gulf side, about two to three blocks but very short walk to bay side and can walk around to gulf side! Guys did fishing charter twice and had a great time! We will be back! We brought our own pillows to which is always nice! Beds weren’t too bad! Bathrooms large and nice!

The property was great, the beds were so so and could have used more pillows. You get 2 flat ones. However the kitchen had amazing Accomodations!! The house was stocked with beach toys, Amazing TVs in every room. The couches are the most comfy and that outside shower is AWESOME!!!! Would definitely recommend!! Great place!!

The house is as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. Despite what i read before the towels and linens and plentiful and comfortable. The pool is a great feature and allows you to be either in or out of the sun which is great. Hot tub is the perfect size. We used the roof top deck every night for drinks and it was great, wonderful view. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. One piece of advice you will need to purchase bath soap, detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. What is provided is not enough for the week and the soaps are smaller than what you get in a hotel. TV's can be challenging, the week we were there the main TV was not responding well. The TV by the pool is great as you can play music off the music stations. Very quiet area, can leave your things on the beach all day with no issue, Would definitely rent again

First time on Anna Maria island and we loved the location of this house! Great bay and beach access, and the house and pool are so nice. Be sure to check each closet because they all store different items. We found a high chair in one on our third day for our little one! It’s a bit far of a walk to any shops or restaurants (20 minutes) but still doable. We loved the undercover outdoor entertainment area by the pool. Great for families!

Called in Sic is a beautiful property inside and out. We couldn’t have asked for more. Our first time on the North end of the Island did not dissapoint. The house was the perfect setting for our winter family/birthday get away. We have never had a hot tub before on the island and were extremely happy it was there, especially at this time of year. The house was tastefully decorated and immediately felt like our “home” for the week. The only things we could think that could have improved our experience would be clearer instructions on the pool/spa (we were afraid to push any buttons) and a handrail to use into and out of the spa. We wish we could have stayed for a month and would go back in a minute. We would have to tell our employers “sorry, but we “Called in Sic.”

We've rented several houses over the years and 'Called in Sic' - by far - is our absolute favorite! We wanted for nothing! The house is beautiful, location is perfect and all the amenities (grill, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella) were in very good shape. The house was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Loved the rooftop deck! We certainly hope to return next year!

The house is amazing. They have everything you need for a great stay (beach things, pool toys, towels, linens, ping pong table, wagon for the beach, etc). The surrounding houses are quiet and the roads are safe for bike riding. The pool is great and bigger than it appears in the pictures. The beach is across the street and there is a park/playground with a larger beach 10-15 minute walk from the house. The house overall is better than the pictures. The staff of the management company were very helpful and attentive. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat ( I just hope none of you people are trying to rent it when I want it!!)

Frisch umgebaut, mit der neuesten Hightech versehen, die es gibt. Man läuft weniger als 100 m zum weißen Traumstrand. Keine häßlichen Hotelburgen in der Nähe, nur hübsche kleine Häuschen mit dem Charme der 60er Jahre, aber alles auf Stand. Einkaufen und Erleben, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Orlando Flughafen, Universal und Disney sind in zwei Stunden erreicht. Keine Mautgegend, wir haben nur zwei mal Maut bezahlen müssen. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet im trendigen „Tommy Bahama - Stil“. Sechs moderne Samsungfernseher arbeiten mit dem WLAN und der Übertragungsrate von teilweise über 200 Mbit/s zusammen und geben nicht nur den Weg ins Internet frei sondern in die gesamte amerikanische Welt des digitalen Entertainments. Sogar vom Pool aus, der sogenannte Poolcouches hat, kann man Fernsehen. In der Garage stehen 10 Strandstühle mit Getränkehalter und Kühltasche im Rückenteil, vier Strandschirme, vier Schwimmboards, ein geländefähiger Bollerwagen, eine 100 Liter Kühlbox und viel Strandspielzeug zur Verfügung. Großer Kühlschrank mit allem Schnick-und-Schnack den die moderne Welt so kennt. Alles nagelneu. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, alles Markenware. Ein Begrüßungspaket stand auf dem Tisch mit Erstausrüstung Kaffee, Spüli, Tabs, Waschpulver, Regionalkarte mit Tipps. Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Kaffeefiltertüten, Pfeffer, Salz, Öl - Alles vorgefunden. Vodafone erreicht die Inselspitze nicht, war aber dank stabilem WLAN für uns kein Problem. Toller Freisitz auf dem Dach für atemberaubende Sonnenaufgänge. Vier Autos können parken, 9 Mann ordentlich schlafen. Allerdings etwas wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnbereich, da waren wir uns zu viert schon manchmal zu viel. Eine Kleinigkeit fehlte uns, eine Wäscheleine oder Ähnliches zum Trocknen der Poolhandtücher. Toller Pool mit Spabereich. Zahlenschloß mit vierstelligem Digitalcode und Einbindung in die Alarmanlage an der Haupttüre. Guter Service der Vermietagentur, die gleich ums Ecks sitzt. Poolboy kommt zwei mal pro Woche. Hier hat niemand bei der Ausstattung gegeizt, sondern nur das Beste genommen. Tolle Fliesen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Was Besserer zu finden wird schwer.
