Within easy walking distance to the Holmes Beach Shopping Center, or hop on the complimentary AMI Trolley anytime of day to venture around the Island. Only 2 blocks from the glistening Gulf Beaches, it's just another day in Paradise where you can escape from it all!

Arrive to a tropical landscaped community where you have a private driveway and garage to park. Step inside to the welcoming foyer and head upstairs to the cozy comforts of the home that’s designed with serene hues and beach decor throughout. The main living space is on the 2nd level with an open layout and a screened lanai you can relax with your favorite book. The great room is meant for entertaining whether your unwinding on the couch streaming your favorite shows, crafting a meal from the fully stocked kitchen, and dining around the table that seats 4. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with stools to accommodate additional seating at meal time. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor. Upstairs you have two spacious bedrooms styled with luxury bedding, ceiling fans, storage for your beach bags, and both feature ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Your first bedroom boasts a king bed and your second bedroom has a queen bed along with a twin over twin bunk. Downstairs you have another deck seating area just off from the foyer where you’re surrounded by gorgeous tropical foliage. After a fun filled day at the beach, head over to the oversized communal pool that is heated where you can take a refreshing dip and kick back on the loungers.

Discover the natural beauty and hidden gems around Anna Maria Island where you have miles of coastline to explore. From bird watching, fishing, golfing, kayaking, or just sunbathing next to the surf and sand we have plenty of outdoor adventures to offer to the whole fam! Shop along Pine Ave at the North End, Dine under the stars with the sunset as your backdrop, and take a bike ride along the many bike paths to take in the scenery. The island awaits you!
