Coconut Cottage is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located only a couple of blocks to the beach! The location and amenities that this home offers is impossible to beat!

The backyard features a beautiful heated pool with a cozy lounge area, complete with an outdoor TV. Have a barbeque for dinner in your private backyard or take a short bike ride to one of the restaraunts that Coconut Cottage is so close too!

The master bedroom is a spacious room featuring a King bed and flatscreen TV. Relax in the large soaking tub or walk-in shower that makes up the ensuite master bathroom. The second bedroom has another King bed perfect for another set of Adults, while right across the hall is the Twin trundle room that features a TV. The second bathroom is right next to bedrooms 2 and 3.

Upstairs in the loft there is a sofa perfect to curl up on with a book or fold out to a queen size sleeper at night. The loft is also equipped with a flatscreen TV perfect for family movie nights!

The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area for 6 people. The half bathroom is right off of the main living area right next to the laundry room.

Coconut Cottage is also equipped with a gas grill, washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet, A/C, dishwasher, cable with a total of six TVs, PlayStation 3, and ping pong table. This home is well equipped for 6 people of all ages!

    This house was beautiful! VERY clean! The pool was perfect for our kids and they got a lot of use out of it. Short, doable walk to the beach which was super quiet during the week and evenings. Beautiful sunsets! Comfortable beds. Loved all of the games available to play in the game room. Beach chairs, cooler, beach cart and toys for use in the garage was super convenient. We highly recommend and would Absolutely again! Working the TVs was much more difficult than it needed to be, but not a deal breaker as most of the time is spent outside anyway. Loved it!
