This six-bedroom, five-bathroom getaway has a sparkling pool and spa, tiki bar, putting green, ping pong table, foosball table, and a rooftop deck with Gulf views. Pack your flip-flops and sunglasses for your dream island holiday!

This spacious home welcomes you with an open living space with eleven-foot ceilings, natural light, plush sofas and chairs, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware essentials, and teal island seating, and adjacent is the adorable coastal dining room, and on the main floor balcony is a BBQ grill.

Follow the stairs up to the third level, and you will find the peaceful primary bedroom featuring a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Four bedrooms have cheerful beach décor and king beds, two have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and three have balcony access. The sixth bedroom was designed for kiddos or guests young at heart with a bunk bed and shares the third-floor hall bath with a walk-in shower. A half bath, laundry room, and a sleeper sofa are on the main living floor.

Coconut Cove has the ultimate backyard for entraining and making lifetime memories! Guests can swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub or one of the lounge chairs, and have a friendly competition of mini golf, ping pong, and foosball. Underneath the patio is plenty of conversational seating, a TV, and a dining table. Start and finish each day the same way by grabbing your favorite drink and relaxing on the rooftop deck. You will always have things to do at Coconut Cove and just around the corner are restaurants, bars, stores, and beaches!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
