Our family had an amazing week. The house was perfect, had plenty of space, was clean and private. The pool provided lots of fun and entertainment for the family! Beach is a 5 minute walk down the street.

The house, location, and island is the perfect getaway for large family/friends. The house was spacious with plenty of rooms for both kids and adults. The water slide was a hit with the kids of course and even the adults gave it a run. The hot tub was perfect after a busy day. And the ping pong and sitting area as awesome for bringing the family together at the end of each day. The location is perfect, just two blocks from the beach. The beach cart, additional toys (beach buckets, boogie boards, chairs, towels) were what every family needs. The island is beautiful. Whether you're walking the towns or the beaches, make sure you take a deep breath and watch the sunrise, sunset, the loved ones around you because this house and island allow you to do it all.

We truly enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful home! 2 blocks from the beach, a couple restaurants within .5 miles, and TONS of options within driving distance. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was hot! I will say, going during the winter months, the weather was cooler (65-78 daytime) and the back yard is very shaded so the air temperature back there was 5-10 degrees cooler than in the sun. It wasn't an issue, because the pool was so warm, and it was nice not to worry about sun burn. In the summer, that island oasis shade would be amazing! Things that were provided and greatly appreciated; a grill, a wagon (absolutely necessary), a blender (and an otherwise stocked appliance/dinnerware set as well), beach towels, bed linens. Things that were not provided and we brought or bought; life vests, trash bags, cooler, games and cards,, laundry detergent, seasonings for cooking, etc. A few suggestions for the property would be; lounge/porch chairs on the 3 balconies, light bulb replaced at the top of pool stairs (dark and slippery), 1st floor bathroom (inconvenient to have to go all the way through the kitchen or through the garage and up to get to bathroom), caulk in master bathroom shower has some mildew and could be pulled and recaulked, and anything other than a ping pong table downstairs lol! Overall, we loved this home and vacation and wished we could have stayed forever. The endless white sand beaches were literally the most beautiful I've ever seen.

pros: great pool and privacy, lots of space (3 families 11 people fit very comfortably), quick short walk to the beach, beach gear included with carts, comfy beds, convenient to everything. Cons: outdoor seating not comfortable and more seating needed, was a little dirty on arrival, sand (but it is the beach) and a few dead cockroaches (non alive were seen), kitchen was bare (not even salt and pepper), Overall we had an amazing time! Communication was great, the easiest check in. The house is beautiful and the pool was so much fun! We even saw baby sea turtles!! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a lovely home with space for a large extended family. We all had our own space, and plenty of common area space too. Easy walking distance to the beach. When we had questions, the property manager responded very quickly to our texts.

Our family spent one week in February at Conch House. We had a wonderful time thoroughly enjoying the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and being together as a family. The house was very clean, had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), a gate for our toddler, and we appreciated the closeness to the beach. The beach wagon was a nice plus! Truly a great experience for us! Thank you!

The house was better than expected! Comfortable beds, cozy but spacious layout, and the heated pool was amazing! We stayed with 11 family members and each person had their own space if needed. The backyard was perfect for ping pong games, watching football on the ‘big-screen’ and relaxing in the heated pool. We will absolutely be back. The only suggestion I have is to provide a broom for interim sweeping, and more coffee mugs. As we had to share 6. Other than that, the accommodations were spectacular! Eric, thanks again for your continued support and attention throughout our stay.

This home was the perfect fit for our extended family. It had plenty of space, very clean and beautiful! Eric was quick to respond to anything we needed and incredibly helpful with suggestions on where to go during our stay. The heated pool and hot tub were the bonus. Everything was fabulous! We rent pretty often for our vacations. This house and property manager were definitely our favorite!

No one had any complaints, not even my Dad who usually finds something trivial that doesn't quite sit right with him, like coffee mugs being in the wrong cabinet or something. We didn't have any major problems for our entire week, and the one small problem with the hot tub was fixed as soon as possible after it was reported. We would definitely stay at the Conch House again! 5/5

It was our fourth time to Anna Maria Island, and our first time at this house. We had 3 families with 13 guests (5 adults, 8 kids). The house was great. It allowed us to socialize together as a group, but also afforded privacy when needed. Nice clean, modern rooms and bathrooms. Pool area and outside bar area were great. Two blocks from the beach and close to everything we needed. The property manager called me the week prior to check-in and texted me the day of check-in to let me know the house was available for us. I didn't need to contact them for anything during our stay, but assume they would have been accomodating. Great time had by all.

The house is better than described! We loved all the space. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Everything was clean and the house was actually ready a little early and Eric let us have it a little early! The renting process was simple. The pool is amazing we all loved it! Anna Marie Island is a wonderful vacation spot and we plan to return soon! I would highly reccomend this rental! Very spacious accommodations, tastefully decorated and only 2 blocks from a wonderful beach area that we greatly enjoyed! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms to keep us all comfortable with enough space to spread out for our gang of 10 plus an infant. They had a swing and high chair for the baby, and a wagon with beach toys and chairs as well as a volleyball for the pool which we had so much fun using. Thank you Eric for a truly wonderful experience! We love this home and plan to come back as soon as possible!

We decided to take a last minute trip to Ana Maria Island for Mother's Day... 8 Adults and 3 kids. The weather was not very nice so it forced us to stay in and hang out in the house all day Sunday, glad it worked out that way! Everyone had a blast even the kids asked me if we could rent this house out again next year. Communication with management was super easy and they were very accommodating. I think we I will make the kids happy and definitely come back per their request :)

Don't want to leave, house is beautiful and in a perfect location very short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. We had a group of 11 of all ages and every enjoyed the home, pool was so nice and warm, kids swam day & night. We enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria island and hope to come back again. Eric is great to work with and would rent a home from him again. Bonnie

Great house and backyard, made for a great vacation. Unfortunately the pool lights for the spa and the slide stairs did not work! Would also recommend taking and inventory of kitchen ware, teflon pans were scratched and all steak knives/ knives were dull

The property is gorgeous! Nothing was missed in this house. All the beachy decor sets the mood for a great beach vacation. Everything you would need in the kitchen and linens was top quality. Beach is less then 2 blocks away, an easy stroll even carrying the provided beach chairs. We were 2 families sharing this home and everyone had plenty of space to relax. Although we didnt need to call about anything while we were there, we did have a few phone conversations and they were more than helpful about the house and area. They take pride in this place!

This house was perfect. The neighborhood was perfect...quiet but still close to all the main attractions. The house was the perfect size as well. All of us fit comfortable and had plenty of room to ourselves. The host did an excellent job of checking in on us to make sure we found everything alright and made sure we were having a good time. Would love to visit this home again! it was a trip my friends and i will never forget!

This was one of those occasions when our expectations were exceeded. You often look at pictures read the reviews and end up feeling a little let down when you get there; not this time. This is a beautiful house, spotlessly clean, all bedrooms had lovely fresh bed linen and plenty of towels. The pool (heating included unlike most other VRBO rentals) is great for kids with the water slide and the hot tub. There’s a stunning beach less than 5 minutes from the front door. Eric who manages the property couldn’t have been nicer. We’re taking very happy memories from our stay here and would highly recommend it.
