Welcome to Fairwinds, a desirable vacation home with a stunning tropically landscaped backyard with a swimming pool with a swim-up table, a hot tub, and a great outdoor kitchen area. This incredible rental has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and is a quick stroll from the turquoise waters and white sandy Gulf beach.

The bright living area has luxurious seating and outstanding views from the French window doors leading to the fantastic second-level patio. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space for preparing your family's favorites and has island seating for quick bites. Share meals and stories at the dining table. Afterward, grab your dessert and drinks for a fun evening on the balcony patio with plush seating options.

The primary bedroom is your personal retreat, with a balcony for catching the Gulf breeze and a large walk-in closet. The primary ensuite will have you in spa mode with a soaking jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a coastal feel and a private balcony with beautiful views. Guests will sleep well to the island breeze rustling the palms in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids and has room for play. The second and third bathrooms are spacious, with plenty of room for guests to prepare for adventures. The living room has a sleeper sofa for more sleeping options.

The amazing backyard features a sparkling pool with a swim-up tiki table and a hot tub. The large, covered patio has plenty of seating options and an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a bar for entertaining. With games like corn-hole, connect four, ping pong, and foosball in the game room, you and your guests will always have things to do.

Anna Maria Island offers some of the best beaches in the world, with fabulous sunsets and warm, calm turquoise waters. Explore the island by foot, golf cart, bike, or on the free island trolley and see all seven miles of beautiful views and wildlife. Discover the island boutiques along Pine Ave., indulge in local cuisine, and spot marine life at play while kayaking or paddle-boarding the calm bay waters.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Just a great place if you like local beach neighborhood. Nice restaurants to visit and walkable.

Great place! We had plenty of space for the family and enjoyed the pool and the outdoor living space! Location was nice too…quick walk to the beach! Loved all the beach/pool accessories that were available. Definitely would stay again!!

Please don’t rent this home! I’m being completely selfish and don’t want competition. We Vrbo often and are fortunate to do so at some fabulous properties. Clearly, the owners have rented as well because EVERYTHING a renter could ask for was abundantly supplied at the highest level. Fantastic property, Fantastic.
