Welcome to the Fancy Flamingo! This lovely and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home is located along a canal on Anna Maria Island’s north end and includes a spectacular heated pool and hot tub overlooking the serene water.

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, Fancy Flamingo can offer you that peaceful getaway you’ve been looking for. The backyard is a dream, with a large heated pool featuring wide entry steps and a two-tier sun shelf, and a gorgeously tiled and spacious hot tub. The surrounding patio offers plenty of space for lounging, dining, or socializing. Finally, step down to the seawall where you’ll find benches for relaxing by the water and a dock, perfect for those with a boat.

For those days when you need sand with your sun, the white sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are just over a 5-minute walk or a quick bike ride away. Also close are the shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Gulf Drive and Pine Avenue.

Inside the home, the open floor plan ensures no one misses out. The living room provides reclining seats for your whole group around the large Roku TV. Seating for six at the dining table and four stools at the kitchen bar top allows plenty of elbow room as you enjoy your meals. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, two sinks, and a large island, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.

The master suite features floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light and is equipped with a king bed, Roku TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with double sinks and a shower with rainfall showerhead. The second bedroom includes a king bed, Roku TV, direct access to the patio, and an ensuite bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin day bed with a Roku TV. All linens are provided by our professional linen service.

Our second time staying at the Fancy Flamingo . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The pool is a favorite for my kids. Beach House Restaurant is our favorite! So hard to leave and go back to reality.

This was the fifth home we’ve rented in Anna Maria and our very favorite. your backyard is ideal for entertaining and your home could not be more gracious. The location is super and we appreciated all the extras you though of.. Pool toys, rainy day games, cooking supplies, etc.. what a well-stocked kitchen! Thank you again. We hope to return!

Modern and cozy house. Absolutely amazing pool and whirlpool. Perfect location... just a few minutes from the beach and some of the best restaurants on AMI. I can clearly recommend this property!

This house exceeded our expectations! We used the gorgeous pool daily. We loved the umbrellas in the pool.Our teenage boys (12,14,17) fished in the canal daily and we rented Kayaks for the day. The walk to the beach was reasonable. The boys long boarded to Bean Point daily while the adults walked. Our 17 year old picked us up on the way home. Having three full bathrooms for the seven of us was nice and convenient . I highly recommend renting this house. We were impressed with the cleanliness of this rental.
