This property was well represented and we would definitely recommend staying here. There were just a few suggestions but nothing that would keep us from staying here again. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better, looked like it had some mold in some of the grout. The bed definitely had a dip in it but was tolerable. Since the couch is a bed, it was not comfortable to sit on. The flyer on the table and the instructions in the folder had conflicting days on trash pick up so we missed recycling day. The journal was full so we weren’t able to write about our stay. Definitely bring extra toilet paper, paper plates, etc. I also brought extra washcloths. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella! Like I said, none of these things were major, just worth mentioning. We enjoyed our week stay here, the short walk to the beach was everything!! It is a duplex and you can hear your neighbors but with the noise ordinance it wasn’t too much of an issue. I would absolutely recommend this place for your perfect beach getaway!

Location, equipment, furniture, and overall comfort were excellent, with only a few steps to the beach for exquisite sunsets and beach walks. The poolside chaise lounges would be more comfortable with cushions; the cable TV subscription would be much better if it included PBS; and handles would improve the bedroom closet doors.

Loved the location, the pool, and the beach. In terms of wishes, it would be great to have a dishwasher and garbage disposal, as well as nicer bath towels. Overall, we loved our stay.

The bungalow was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and true to the photos. It had a cozy atmosphere and a well-equipped kitchen, though without a dishwasher (luckily my husband enjoys doing dishes). The peaceful setting and warm pool made it perfect for a quiet getaway. The beach was less than a minute’s walk away, and the provided chairs, umbrella, and wagon were a great bonus. The only minor issue was that the bath towels could use an update, but overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Great place to stay 100 steps from the beach. Clean and quiet. No dishwasher is the only downside but for 2 people it is perfect. 5/5 stars.

Beautiful location that is a 1-2 minute walk from access to Holmes Beach. It is also within short walking distance of local shops and restaurants. The unit is exactly as described and very clean! We loved having a private pool in the backyard to relax in every night. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved our time on Anna Maria and we can’t wait to see it again soon!

We really enjoyed this property. Although it is a duplex, it has a private backyard and pool. Very quiet, we never heard the neighbor present on the other side. Perfect place for a couple to relax. Nice neighborhood.

I highly recommend AMI! From the beautiful beaches to the laid back times sitting by the pool, you just can't go wrong here. The free trolley takes you all around the island, which was great as we didn't have a car. This is one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever taken! I hope to visit again soon!!!

It was small, but everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and we spent a lot of time reading and relaxing by the pool. The trolly stops are close by. We rented bikes and loved being in the middle of the island …..we rode to the north end and south end easily and often!

This was a great property that had a good location with a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is remodeled in the last year. The private pool, grill and washer, dryer are real pluses as were the umbrellas and beach chairs. We couldn't use the WIFI but a quick test had someone come out and solve the issue that it was working but teh in room instructions had not been updated- so that was a quick and easy fix and then they called to make sure all was okay. Overall great experience.

Great property! 1/2 block to the sugar sands of Holmes Beach. Property owner maintains the location very well with up to date amenities. Lots to do, eat, fun on AMI Definitely going back!

This small duplex is perfect for 2 people and is ideally located one block from the beach. The private pool was clean and the pool area is very well maintained. We took advantage of the wonderful grill and cooked many of our meals on it. With the exception of not having adequate cookware, we were very happy with this unit and would highly recommend it to others!
