This property is exactly as described. Spacious and clean. We came with a large group and this place was comfortable for everyone. Plenty of space for 13 people and 4 large cars. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the rooftop balcony and everyone enjoyed how close it was to the beach and Bridge Street. The property managers were helpful and quick and accommodated all of our requests. I would absolutely recommend this house and would stay here again. We had a great time!

The experience was great, we went with all the family and everyone had an amazing time! The beach it is really close to the house, and everything in the house was great, all the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. The house is designed perfectly for a vacation home! We went for 4 days and we extended one more because we were having so much fun. Hope we can be back soon

This house is at a great location with the beach right across the street! The house was very big and fit our 17 person group perfect!! Pool was great too! The only bad thing I would say is that the palm trees block a lot of the sun so tanning wasn’t ideal. Other than that everything was perfect!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood on Anna Maria island if u need a place to stay with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for family reunion gatherings this place would fit the bill parking for 4 cars only and stairs are a bit steep so if anyone has any back or hip issues this house could be a problem but other than that it’s perfect!

This home is spectacular! Everything was new and modern. Located across the street from the beach and a trolley stop; easy walk to Bridge St. for shops and restaurants. There were 6 of us staying here for a girl's trip - 5 of the rooms have their own bathrooms (and did not run out of hot water when we got ready at the same time!). We didn't use the bunk-bed room, but honestly even that room was nice (and the bunks looks spacious). The balconies and roof deck were lovely. We're plotting a way to come back next year! Some of us actually might return with our families - it really is a perfect space for large groups.

Our family of 18 stayed at Gulf Horizons and loved it there. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the pool area the most as it had plenty of space for all our kids to play and swim. The two shallow sundecks in the pool were perfect for our 1 year old son. The extra fridge in the garage was a bonus also. The decks were very nice and we loved watching the sun rise and set on the rooftop deck. The walk to the beach was short and we were all able to make it back and forth easily. There were some items in the garage such as a beach wagon and canopy which were helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we noticed was there were not any towels in the kitchen which was a challenge with cooking and cleaning. We also noticed that the washer could be cleaned regularly as it had lots of mold around the inside of the front loading washer. When we reached out to the management they responded quickly and were very helpful. This is a great property for large families wanting a beach vacation!

This property exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful; the outdoor space, decks, and pool were incredible. The interior was beyond spacious, the garage was filled with accessories for the beach, which was literally just across the street. It was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, mini golf. We could not have enjoyed our time there more!

A truly spectacular luxury wonderful stay right across the ocean with everything for a family. The fact that each family had his/her own bathroom was the biggest winner for us. We LOVED it and the pool was amazing. There were a couple of things upon our arrival and the staff of AMI immediately took care of it. We were truly very pleased with our stay. When we booked it, we did not realize it is on main street. This is something that people that are seeking super quiet to consider. Otherwise, truly fabulous and we are very grateful we stayed here. We loved our stay! We walked every day to the beautiful beach. Loved the BBQ house right next door. Loved the pool and house. Wouldn’t hurt to have more than one kitchen towel and maybe a few extra blankets. But we would definitely stay here again. The pool lights were out and fixed the next day

Outstanding stay responses were prompt and the home was nice only downfall is the upstairs AC kept resetting to 78 over and over so it got quite stuffy and hot while sleeping

We were seeing my Nephew off to U of Tampa and decided to bring the entire family. Beautiful property and excellent location, right across the street from the beach. My only gripe was some of the mattresses had no business being in a property this nice, especially the Master bedroom. Definitely would book again.

There were 13 of us and the house was great! The pool is perfect and the beach is across the street. The free trolley is close by. The kitchen/family room area were perfect for our large group to hang out. There was a nice grill plus an extra refrigerator in the garage. The view from the rooftop was awesome! This was the perfect home for a large group that was active, but still had many meals at the house.

Great place for a family get together. The kids love the pool. There was a lot of shaded area by the pool which was good since the kids were in there most of the day. Just a short walk to the beach. They had beach chairs, extra towels, and wagon to load all your stuff. We definitely would stay there again

Let me first say, we really enjoyed our stay. :) This is the best location on AMI. It’s walking distance to two of our favorite places. Wicked Cantina for Margaritas and The Tiki Hut for buckets . Make sure you go to both! My family and I arrived to the property after a very long 15 hour drive to the property. Site on scene, we couldn’t believe our eyes how big the house was. It’s a towering beautiful modern White House that sits right across from the beach. The garage was full of beach supplies so leave yours at home! I was so happy to see there were beach chairs and sand toys our kids could play with. The backyard was an oasis. Even though we came to visit a beach, we spent a majority of our time in the backyard. The pool and hot tub were a major hit. There was a nice grill so we grilled many times! Large patio table, a lounging couch, lounging chairs around the pool and laying out chairs. The pool is salt water. So that is a nice benefit for us who don’t do well in chlorine. When we arrived there was a left over pool toy in the pool. No big deal. We got it out. As mentioned, the house is huge. To get to the first floor (Kitchen/living area/etc), you will need to go up a set of stairs. There are bedrooms on the main floor, so that is nice for the ones with bad knees. There is another set of bedrooms on the third floor so if you are staying on the top floor, be prepared to take a very small hike. It’s worth it though- the view is breath taking from the top floor. Make sure to go to the roof! The Main floor-kitchen/living/bunkbed room/laundry/1 1/2 bath / 2 king beds The main floor is great. Very modern! The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Make sure you check all drawers if you can’The couches aren’t much for comfort even though they’re beautiful. The beds surprisingly weren’t great.very firm and our backs hurt after each sleep. With a luxurious house like this, I highly recommend investing in high end beds. BRING hangers! Bedrooms do not have real dressers. We had to keep ur clothes in our suitcases. Another issue we ran into was during a storm, the pendant lights above the kitchen counter Were draining water. The ceiling in the kitchen had water veins appear. Our stuff on the counter obviously got soaked. And we wouldn’t let kids near Incase of electricity. I notified host and they called immediately and had workers come repair. Overall, We really enjoyed our stay. Book this house!you won’t regret it.

This was a great place to stay for some quality family time. I’m so glad we went, even with the COVID-19 restrictions. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a huge plus since we cooked every day. The pool and hot tub were like being at a high-end resort. The beach was close by and beautiful, and there were no issues going since everyone was following the distance and group size guidelines. You could hear road noise from one of the bedrooms, but it’d only be an issue for a light sleeper. We would stay again, even without being able to take advantage of the trolley (which we avoided even though it was running) and all of the nearby restaurants and shops.

This property was perfect for a girls get away. Extremely clean and well stocked for towels which was really nice by the pool. Amount of sun by the pool was good but could use a couple trims on some palm trees to allow for more. Working with the rental company was a great experience. Very responsive. Pool cleaner was also a very pleasant man as well. Great water pressure in showers. Enough seating inside and out for everyone. Extremely close to the beach. Would definitely consider staying again.

This was a perfect house for our Spring break getaway. Our group contained moms and high school age kids. Location, pool, spa and the layout allowed us to relax with our kids and gave us space too. The beach is literally across the street. The beach chairs came in handy and were easy to carry. The kids ate at the Smokehouse several times, rode the trolley and the Monkey Bus! This was our first trip to AMI and we will all be back! We hated to leave and return to reality and Indiana weather. Valerie was great to work with the whole week.

The house was really well decorated, well equipped and very clean. It was a great surprise from the moment I first opened the door. The internet was fast, the mattress was great...etc. In sum, the best house a holiday traveler can expect. Looking at the gorgeous views was a big plus. I will stay in this condo again! We spent an incredible vacation in these dream house, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and well equipped. In total we were 11 people, 4 adults, 4 children and 3 adults and there was plenty of space to spare. The family barbecue was the best time, on the beautiful terrace with its cozy pool. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps away, and just a few steps away we also found one of the most fun areas on the island, Bridge Street, great with thousands of restaurants and nice people. We fell in love with this part of the island.   We hope to return soon.   Thanks for everything and everyone.
