Gulf View Beach House

I’m in love with this little Island and beach town. We had the best vacation. The place was central and right across from the beach. There were little shops and restaurants within walking distance and so much to explore on the island with everything no more than 10-20 minutes away. A great family getaway with something to do for everyone. We are definitely coming back next year!

The house was very nice and clean. The beach was very close and the space made it very comfortable for 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids). LOTS of towels (both beach and bath) which is great because lack of towels is something that has frustrated me in other AirB&Bs. Would definitely recommend.

The house is absolutely beautiful! We barely had to leave the house. When we did we walked to breakfast and walked to dinner. Lots of great options within walking distance yet the house is so peaceful and feels secluded even though it’s not. Pool area is so nicely done. You feel like you’re at a resort. Great home for my large family. I can’t wait to go back and stay again!

This was a wonderful mini vacation, so glad we chose this house, it was incredible! Plenty of space, amazing views, great location. The gulfview drive cafe is right across the street on the beach and is a must! I also want to mention there is no need to bring beach chairs or towels, this house is stocked up (depending on the size of the group). The neighborhood was so peaceful, we will be back!

The house is clean, well equiped and super close to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful beach view from the main living area and rooftop observation deck. I suggest you check the BBQ grill propane thanks upon arrival to ensure they are filled and avoid last minute surprises. The jacuzzi remote control was not operational and the jets can only be turned on from the main control box. Suggest checking the main control box is unlocked or ensuring the remote control has been fixed. Other than these minor issues, the house is great. I woukd stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

It was an amazing experience beautiful house super clean I had no complaints even though I read the reviews and they said that it was not clean I had not a bad experience the only thing was the hot pool control cable was a lithe off that’s minor dangerous but nothing that could be fix with communication

Great home and location!! The beach which was a 5 min walk was amazing and clean. Also just 5 min walk to the south you have the historic street with many shops and little bars worth visiting. Take a walk to the pier and enjoy intracoastal views. I took my family to the Adventure Mini Golf on that same street and had a great time.

We had plenty of room to stretch out in this home. The pictures are accurate. It is directly next to a small park . The had just put in pickle ball courts which was alot of fun . We had a couple of minor issues which were taken care of quickly. Pool was a quiet oasis away from the beach. Thank you for the memories.

What a gorgeous home! We had a group of 16 and a small dog.. PLENTY of room for everyone. Short short walk to the beautiful beach. The home (yes home, not house) was exceptionally clean. I was very impressed with everything. The pool was very well kept and our 9 grandchildren used it every day- either before beach time or after. The kitchen was large and had everything you could need for cooking.. we cooked dinner every night but one. Very large kitchen table with benches and there was even a small children's table and some toys on site. The views from the multiple decks were amazing. Just a wonderful place... we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Stayed at this property this past weekend and my girlfriends thoroughly enjoyed themselves. For the first time in five years that I've been renting homes through VRBO, the hot tub was actually hot and the pool was also heated. The hot tub could have been a little bit warmer, but it still felt lovely. Ashley was incredibly patient with me and resent emails I had lost. The house is three stories with the main gathering room and kitchen on the 3rd floor. There is a master bedroom with connected bath and an additional half bath on the 3rd floor. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. New Construction. The decorating is contemporary and beautiful. The kitchen contained everything we needed; but with so many fantastic restaurants willing to deliver to the house for free, why cook? Ashley if I had any criticism at all, I would recommend that the guest book have a page with the checkout instructions for people like me who can't find their email. You also might include the menus from the nearby restaurants. The house was spotless and clean. I would add a DVD player to the main room. You are within easy walking distance to the Bay, the Gulf, the nearby pier, shops, and a Circle K. Ashley, we had a fantastic time and enjoyed this property immensely. Thank you! I cannot say enough about this home. The home is beautiful with high-end finishes. This may not be important to others, but it is to me. I want to feel like I am staying at a resort when I rent a beach house, and this home delivers that feeling. While not directly gulf front, the walk over to the beach is easy and takes about three minutes. The home provided a very useful beach cart, as well as plenty of beach chairs, floats, and two bicycles. And even though is it not gulf front, with the view of the ocean from the main level, you certainly feel like you are right at the water's edge. And let me tell you about the outdoor space. The photos do not do it justice. The palms that have been planted at the periphery enclose the entire yard. You cannot see a single neighboring house from there. There is new decking and beautiful outdoor furniture. Again, the pool area is resort-like in every way. Regarding the property managers- they are top notch. They are professional, attentive, and friendly. From start to finish, the rental process was a pleasure. Oh! One more thing- this house is within blocks of all the action without the noise that action brings. The Bridge Street area is only 2-3 blocks away. You can walk to a number of restaurants, bars, mini-golf, shopping, and excursion agencies. OK- I will stop now :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, whether it’s up in the crows nest, down in the pool or on the beach!! Very close to the sunsets, shopping, restaurants and trolley pick up. The home was well stocked with essentials and the communication with the rental company was excellent!

This house was perfect our group for the weekend stay at the beach. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed gathering in the living area to watch the sunset from the balcony each night. Short walk to the beach too! Ashley was wonderful to work with and was available any time we needed her (which wasn't much because it was all set!) We will definitely be returning for our next beach reunion weekend.

After arriving to Anna Maria and finding that our initial rental, not associated with this rental, did not match it's description, I reached out to Ashley to see if we could stay at this home. She replied VERY quickly and told us we could. She set everything up so that within an hour, we were in this new rental. Upon arriving, we found a very clean property perfectly situated near the action of Bridge Street. The views and accommodations were incredible. Our children loved the pool and many balconies, as did my wife and myself. We had a very minor issue with the air conditioning on the second floor and it was remedied incredibly quickly with no interference to our short family vacation. The house was equipped with towels for the pool, towels for each bathroom, pillows, and a starter set of soap. We had a great time and made some great memories thanks to Ashley and her quick response to get us into this house. We would definitely rent this property again!

Three families rented this for our spring break. It was the perfect house for us. The location is fantastic! It's a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. They are shaded which makes for a nice break from the sun. They also enjoyed the crow's nest up on the roof which had a fantastic view of the ocean and the town of Bradenton Beach. We also made use of the grill. The two teenage boys also loved the pac man machine. The adults loved sitting in the upstairs living room. From there we had a fantastic view of the beach. The kitchen is a good size and we cooked several meals there. There are also lots of great restaurants within a few blocks. The house manager, Ashley, was very attentive. We had one minor issue and it was fixed immediately.

Enjoyed my first stay on the beautiful gulf coast of Florida. This home was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful views from several rooms and of course the rooftop. Experienced really comfortable weather and used the pool and hot tub as well as crossing the street for sun and a swim. Few minor problems that were addressed promptly by property manager. Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend.

Spent a long weekend with friends and family and we all enjoyed the house .... it felt like home. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We could go to one side of the house and watch the sunrise and the other side to watch the sunset! It was too cold for us to use the pool but we enjoyed the hot tub. We will be coming back!

We absolutely loved this home. We have rented from this owner before and love their homes but this was in a different location then we were use to but the owner convinced us and we love it!!! We loved the beach house restaurant was so close. Also bridge street is a blast always something to do. And a marina a block away and a kids park next door and private tennis! We now consider Bradenton beach the real anna maria!!! This is a must try home! We really had a great family vacation and will return. Thank you John Jamison
