The house is very spacious and updated. The pool has partial sun in the morning and full sun midday and all afternoon. The walk to the beach could not have been easier. It was super clean and tidy upon arrival.

Perfect beach house for spring break! Me, my husband our three daughters and a friend had a wonderful stay. So close to the beach that it was easy to go back and forth for lunch and such. Make sure you head back to the beach for the sunset at night - stunning!! The pool and hot tub were bigger than they appear in the pictures. The bedrooms were also very large. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and other beach toys in the garage. Very well equipped for the perfect beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. Expansive back yard with heated pool and spa and lots of entertaining space. Lovely interior newly renovated. Best of all only steps from the beautiful beach.

Very close to beach, basically one house away. Really cute place, super clean. The pool area could do with more lighting, but at least it was very private back there. The area was nice and quiet and you can fit three cars on the driveway area. Planning on booking it again!

We really enjoyed this property. The proximity to the beach was the decision maker for us. You can see the beach from the kitchen window. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The only negative for us was the communication with the agency. We came early and wanted to get permission to check in early and no one would give us an answer. We kept calling and were told they’d call us back and no one did. We ended up going to the actual office and speaking to some one. Over all, we had a great week. The pool and the spa were fantastic

Amazing location. Host was always available to answer questions . Very easy check in and out , beautiful home steps from a beautiful peaceful beach. Home was wonderfully updated and spotless with everything we needed ! Will defiantly visit and stay in this spectacular home again ❤️

This was our third visit to Anna Maria Island and our first stay at this property, and we really enjoyed this house! It’s a recently renovated, beautifully decorated home that’s just steps from the beach. We loved the location of the house (close to a trolley stop, restaurants, etc.), and it was so convenient having all rooms on one level. The private backyard was our favorite part of the property with a large pool, hot tub, lots of seating, nice grill, tiki bar and beautiful landscaping. We also loved having the shallow area and the umbrella in the pool! The backyard got plenty of sunshine throughout the day but part of it was always shaded if we wanted to escape the sun/heat. It was perfect! We were impressed by the management company’s prompt communication and quick resolution of two small maintenance issues we noticed upon arrival. Overall, we had a really nice stay at this property and would definitely return in the future.

My family and I LOVED our first AMI vacation while staying at Island Life. Such a Beautiful home with lots of space. The pool is amazing and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Very quiet block and neighborhood, as the house is on a dead end street. We’ll definitely be coming back in years to come! Thanks AMI Locals!

This house was awesome! The location was very close to the beach and the backyard was a tropical oasis! The only thing that we encountered was that the ceiling fan didn’t work at the tiki bar. We called in and we’re told that the maintenance guy would come out and fix it, but we never saw him. However, that wasn’t a big deal, just something to have as convenience. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our family of six. Nicely decorated in soft grays and blues, the house is recently renovated and very comfortable. The gulf waters are visible from the front door, and it is an easily accessible stroll to the beach along a sandy path. Good handicap accessibility with no stairs to navigate. Slight problem with the air conditioning was quickly resolved as well as replacing some light bulbs. Excellent service. Would definitely like to visit again.

This was our 2nd time to the island and first time staying in this house. The location was perfect - close to the beach, but in a quiet community. The house was newly renovated and clean and our whole family was comfortable there. The pool area is big, private and beautiful!

We stayed here for my wife's birthday / Mothers Day weekend. It's a fantastic property with plenty of space for a family of 5. Great layout inside and everything was in very good condition. The entire house is decorated / remodeled very tastefully. The pool was perfect temp and very clean. Tiki bar was a huge plus with ceiling fan, mini fridge, lights, etc. The entire pool area felt very secluded with the tropical foliage. I counted 80 steps from the driveway to the beach access. Very short walk. We had a great time here.

This was our 3rd time to AMI and while we obviously loved it enough to keep coming back, this was our favorite rental so far!! We loved being footsteps away from the beach and having a ground level home that was very accommodating for our family of 6 plus my mom and sister in law. When we come back if this house is available we will try to stay here again! Everything was clearly described and accurately described! We didn’t want to come home!

We had the best stay. The house has everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. The AMI Rental (Lisa) team was fantastic! It was such an easy check in/out process and made us feel at home right away. The house came with plenty of beach chairs, toys, rafts and anything you would need for beach or pool. I can’t say enough great things about the pool area or the easy access to the beach!!

House is newly renovated and very well done. We enjoyed it, just 4 of us, with 2 little boys. Perfect pool and hot tub area - all 1 floor was nice. Sunsets at the beach. Was perfect.

This property was great, one of my favorites! The house was all fully remodeled, the pool area was wonderful, everything was just as described. The very brief walk to the beach was great! It had everything that we needed and more! Also, Eric was awesome! He contacted us prior to the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. On night one I had trouble with the hot tub and he personally came the next day to look at it. He took care of everything and even sent us some suggestions for places to eat in the area. I'm definitely hoping to be back soon!!!

Eric pollen of AMI locals does an amazing job . They are truely a local property management company that makes you feel like a local. Every want and need was given the upmost attention. Thanks Eric for helping us rent this house for our vacation, we had a fantastic time staying on Holmes Beach. The house fit our family perfectly, was very clean, with lots of toys for the kids to take to the beach. We took a very short stroll to the beach every morning and came back to the pool oasis for the hot afternoons while the kids napped. My favorite feature (besides the beautiful beach and Anna Maria clear water) was the pool which became a cool haven for the hot afternoon. Floating on the water and relaxing in the cool shade on lounges gave us the opportunity to be outside all day long. We will be back!

We had a great week here. Great communication from property managers, making everything easy to check in/checkout, clear instructions on pool, etc. Less than one minute walk to the beach and pool/hot tub made for the most relaxing week even with quite a bit of rain! Would recommend to friends and would stay again!
