3 Houses to the Beach!! Gorgeous Gulf Views!

The house has a fantastic location in the city of Anna Maria just 3 houses to the beautiful white sand beach with no streets to cross and a short walk to the charming shops and restaurants of Pine Street! Our family loves to lounge around the pool, play a game of foosball or ping pong, or have a friendly competition at the new pool table. To relax, you can just sit and watch the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf. Unfortunately we can’t live there all year round so we are pleased to be able to share our paradise with you!

The local agents are great and we will do all we can to ensure you have a wonderful time, just ask if everything isn't perfect! Some of the technical details: New 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home with Italian porcelain floors, an over-sized garage and private elevator access to all 3 levels! Beautiful gulf views from all the patios with comfy Adirondack chairs. Gorgeous tropical pool setting with large deck. Beautifully furnished throughout with all granite counter tops, and 10' Ceilings! Huge, open (and well-stocked) kitchen, living, and dining area, beautiful covered patio by the pool and an outdoor shower! Televisions in every room, cable and internet. Ping pong table and Foosball in the basement. Last but not least, a Weber BBQ for your grilling pleasure.

-Primary Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, tv, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom.
-Second Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom.
-Third bedroom, 3rd floor: Queen bed, tv, and shares hallway bathroom.
-Fourth Bedroom, 3rd floor: Two twin beds, tv, and shares hallway bathroom.

*The City of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach all have noise ordinance policies in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident on our island. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.*

Our family was so happy with this home. The beach is three houses away and the pool and game room were big hits with everyone. There were ample beach chairs and gear which was a nice surprise. The home is perfect for entertaining and we spent many hours cooking and relaxing in this well appointed home. We loved being walking distance to the restaurants and shops on Gulf Drive and Pine Ave. Don't miss the GIANT cinnamon rolls at Ginny & Jane E's. We'll definitley be back to Island Time!

The house was beautiful. Any issues we had were immediately addressed. The rental accommodation staff were top notch. This was our first time to the island and we had a wonderful experience, thank you to all that helped make it happen.
