Welcome to Jackie’s Cottage, a fabulous canal home with a private wet dock and dry dock perfect for boating, jet skiing, fishing, kayaking, or just sitting back and enjoying water views! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation escape is just a block and a half from the pristine Gulf beaches and has a nearby trolley stop that will take you all over the serene 7-mile island. Pack your bags and get ready to stay at your new annual vacation retreat.

As you walk in, you are instantly greeted with a seating area with a tv and bright wicker chairs. Through the hallway is the main living space with large windows showing off the beautiful canal. The kitchen has been recently updated with modern appliances, stunning countertops, a farm sink, and bar-top seating, and to the left is the dining room table, where you just might be too busy to eat as you’re looking at the water views. After a fun day on the water, unwind with a movie night and snuggle up on one of the sofas.

Soak up the water views each morning from the comfort of the King bed in the primary bedroom. The primary has a tv, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. The second bedroom is bright with luxury linens and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower, with the third bedroom boasting a nautical theme and two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a comfy bed, a tv, and plenty of space for vacation necessities. A hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination and a washer and dryer is available for guest use.
