Welcome to La Hacienda, a stunning canal-front vacation home with its own dock and is just a six-minute walk from the beach! This rental has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. You and your guests can relax, connect over a conversation, have a movie night, and plan your Anna Maria Island activities in the bright and luxurious living area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops that make meal prep a breeze. Gather around the kitchen island for quick snacks and at the dining table for delicious homemade meals and the best Anna Maria Island take-out. You and your guests can also enjoy dinner by the pool and canal at the outdoor dining area.

Catch up on much-needed sleep in the primary bedroom and refresh in the ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers guests a calming place to retreat to after hours spent at the beach and has an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is bright and airy, and guests are sure to feel rejuvenated after a night’s sleep of listening to the palm trees sway. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids and has a tv for mid-day entertainment.

This backyard is a true paradise. You and your guests can make a splash in the inviting pool and kayak and paddleboard right from the dock! There is a putting green for your group to let out your competitive sides. Additionally, there is a game room with plenty of activities that will keep everyone happy and entertained. When you’re ready to explore the island, hop on the free island trolley to explore Anna Maria Island’s seven miles of beach living and stop at Pine Avenue for unique boutiques and local restaurants. Expand your experience with golf, water sports, fishing charters, and sunset cruises from local vendors. Anna Maria Island has something to offer everyone in your group. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Beautiful house

We LOVED our stay in this absolutely gorgeous house. The outdoor space is a private oasis-the pool, hammocks, chairs by the canal, canal view-it was perfect and so private even though right off the Main Street. Inside the house is so nicely decorated, the master bath shower was heaven, and all the game tables downstairs were so fun. The pictures just don’t do this house justice-it was our first time to AMI, but we have stayed in many other vacation areas and this house is at the top of our list. If we return we will absolutely stay here again (in fact I tried to book a second week towards the end of our trip but the house wasn’t available). We chose to walk closer to bean point for the beach and it was an easy, direct walk. Highly recommend.

PRIVATE PARADISE

We have been coming to Anna Maria since 2008. We stayed at various properties until 2014 when we discovered La Hacienda. Much to like about this property, but the privacy is very important to me. This is the only property that we have stayed at that you don't have neighbors looking into your pool area. It is also very protected from the wind so even on cooler windy days, it is perfect sunbathing poolside. The house is constantly being updated and the floor plan lends itself to a perfect family gathering spot. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the backyard and lagoon, my favorite spot to drink my first coffee in the morning. My wife loves to shop at the Pine Avenue shops right around the corner. We book ahead for the next year before we even leave. Great value for the money.

Such a fun Spring Break for our family. The lovely house was the best part of our vacation. It was relaxing, so picturesque, that I could not have asked for a better stay. The rental company was accommodating -- just like their name:). The back yard is so tropical, it was heavenly. We feel rejuvenated and have already booked our stay here for next year.

We had a lovely stay here. It is in the best part of the island. Nothing beats Anna Maria - the northern part of the island. The house was clean, it had classy furniture, and so fun to have all the game tables downstairs. We will be back, thank you for the great memories.

It is a clean house, with comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out. There is a gorgeous pool with a perfect yard! Very private and yet close to Pine Avenue. The rental company - Anna Maria Island Accommodations was very friendly and helpful finding us great places to shop and eat.

We have been coming to the island for many years and this was BY FAR the best house we ever stayed at! It is centrally located, a two minute walk from the beach and not much further to the pier. It was clean and private.
