Mojito Splash

The house was spacious and a great location! It was a close walk to the beach and a close drive to go to either the north or south ends of the island. A little bummed that the game room stuff did not exist and the pool/outdoor area was not as functional as the online pictures appeared. Overall it was great for our large group and due to the perfect location, I would go back.

Beautiful house with an amazing private pool! Beach was a short walk away, we rented golf carts but not necessary at AMI, will not rent carts in the future. The house was by far the cleanest house we have ever rented. Absolutely beautiful and we will be back!

Our family came and went for most of our stay and they loved the pool,hot tub, ping pong table etc. plenty of comfy beds. Just wish there were more essentials to staying for 2 weeks like a swiffer and some cleaning supplies

We originally had 8 adults, and ended up with 10. The space was great for 10, and the house was stocked with everything we needed to start a great week on the island. The house was clean, and the pool area was great for family gatherings.

The property was clean. Much better than most vacation rentals in busy season. The layout of the house was perfect for our age group. Would not recommend to people who may have issues with stairs because there is no way around steps. It would have been nice to have some inside entrance rugs but understand since it is a pet friendly home. All in all, the home was well stocked for cooking, lots of linens were left for our use such as pool towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and cloth bath rugs. There as beach chairs- 5 total and a fold up beach wagon for our use. These items appeared new and well kept. Thank you for a great stay!!

The house is spacious and very comfortable. The yard is great for gathering and has a very private feel although in close proximity to neighbors. Very short walk to beach access. Also lots of places to eat and rent all kinds of equipment nearby.

Mojita Splash was a beautiful home and exceeded our expectations. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to spread out, and we enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Great place - real nice pool area/tiki bar in the back. Walking distance to beach - but if you have little kids bring a little wagon or something cause it's a couple longer blocks. Lots of beds, towels, and kitchen supplies available. Enjoy!

This home was perfect for us! We had 8 adults, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well-appointed, there was seating for everyone inside and out, plenty of towels, nice decor, great neighborhood, and walking distance to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great! We had no issues and have no complaints about this home.

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation. It’s housed 8 people perfectly. Spacious kitchen and plenty of seating. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. My family spent many nights playing ping pong! The only things that could of been better were the foliage around the pool needs to be thinned out a little. It’s very lush and green but allows zero sun in. Better instructions for the pool. It had a remote for the hot tub which was fine but the timer lights for the pool didn’t seem to be working. Also the area rug in the living room is filthy and needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned. Overall these things weren’t deal breakers. The house was great and I would stay here again.

The house was very welcoming, it was supplied with a nice package to start our vacation out right. The rooms where beautiful and comfortable. More then enough space throughout the house. The house is 3 floors and no elevator, so we got our workout in daily. Beach chairs was greatly appreciated to enjoy the beach and sunset. We will definitely rent again when we come to the area

The first thing we noticed was absolutely beautiful the home was inside, the garage had more than enough room for a vehicle and all of our beach gear we brought even though there was gear already at the house for our use. As we moved onto the back patio, it got even more impressive. Very secluded and the pool was beautiful. The tv outside allowed us to watch our teams play without having to miss out on the beautiful Florida weather. Absolutely perfect!! The beaches on the island are absolutely gorgeous and just a short walk from the house. The trolly bus ran late into the evening and allowed us to visit the fantastic local bars without having to drive. Everything about our stay was so very perfect. Will be planning this trip again for next year. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

This property is a very short walk just down the street to the beach. We rented bikes and rode our bikes around to shops and restaurants in the area which was really fun. The whole area was nice and clean and the home is even prettier in person.

The house is gorgeous and perfect for three separate families. It was super clean, well-kept, and had an awesome location to the beach. The pool was a dream temperature-wise and we enjoyed it every single day. Absolutely no complaints at all. Andrea was so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process - the months leading up to our vacation and during our stay. We definitely only want to stay in houses owned by her when we return to the island - which will be every single year now!

What a fantastic property with all the makings for a great vacation. All you need to do is get there and let the vacation fun begin. We had five family members plus our dogs and everyone really enjoyed our week stay at Mojito Splash. The only downside is that one week was too short, so we would love to stay two weeks next time if at all possible. The house and outdoor area were even better than expected. The house was spacious and clean upon arrival and very welcoming. The property manager we worked with was very responsive before our booking, during the booking process, and upon arrival. We know if we needed anything during our stay we would have been well taken care of by Andrea. Not to mention how thorough the information was on the property access and basic operational info (very well done). The pool area and outdoor space was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the pool daily. It was a hit with everyone for sure. The hot tub was fun too. We cooked and grilled and the kitchen was well appointed. You are a short walk to a very nice beach access. There are some beach chairs and pool items available for use and that is really handy. The location is in a great part of the island and the house is close to trolley stops. Looking forward to our visit to AMI and hopefully Mojito Splash.

Home was super clean, Andrea was great, location cannot be matched. THE BEST early morning (before the beach gets crowded) surf fishing, we went at 7. There were at least 10 other people surf fishing. Pompano, Trout & Whiting. It was great! I will say that this is not suitable for older people and/or any person who may have trouble with stairs. My 82 year old Dad had a hard time (my husband & I did not have trouble, not saying it was fun on this initial unload from the truck though). Wish they had an elevator, thoughtfully the builder did put in a place clearly designated for a future elevator. We spent afternoons, after beach, in the pool & spa before dinner & it was great. We trailered our golf cart & didn't use our car once we arrived until we went home. You can rent golf carts, but they book up at least 3 months in advance. You'll want one for sure. There are beach chairs provided, pool/beach towels, ample towels throughout, beach/pool toys, ping pong, board games & books. We had a lovely time. My only recommendation is to perhaps go through & do inventory of kitchen utensils etc. The pans were non stick, but there were no non-stick spatulas. A trip to dollar store for that and wooden spoons would be splendid! We took Keurig pods, they have a regular coffee maker that takes grounds. BE HAPPY!

Excellent stay. Great location and great property. Andrea was an excellent host and responsive to any issue. Something as minor as the pool light being inoperative was quickly remedied. I found everything to be as advertised. Loved the heated pool, and spa. Easy walk to the beach and only a 10 min walk to dining and shopping. We rented a large golf cart and found that it enhanced our experience as we traveled around the island. Thank you Andrea for a wonderful vacation. We will return.

We had 4 couples and the house was perfect for us. The 4 bedrooms all had King beds so everyone was very comfortable. We used the pool, hot tub, and outdoor bar area in February! It was amazing! The beach was only a couple of blocks away so we walked to and from it. The only drawback was our stay wasn't long enough!

The Mojito Splash home had everything we needed!
There were plenty of towels for the pool, many kitchen utensils, and enough soaps and toiletries to get us started.
We are a family of 7 and the home gave us plenty of room to hang out yet also spread out and have quite time.
The location was perfect, 2 blocks from the beach and and right by the trolley stop.
My only note (not complaint but heads up) is the master bedroom on the top floor has a bit of a squeaky bed. I tossed and turned a bit the first night and it was quite noisy.
Also, the internet lagged a bit which effected my kids more than myself and my husband.
I really love Anna Maria island and this really was a great property and would definetly stay here again!

This is a very nice home in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The house was great to host 3 families and a single co-traveller. Communication with Andrea was always nice and friendly. My family and I rented this home for our vacation on the island. To say it was perfect would be an understatement!! We had everything we needed upon arrival, the house is closely located to the beach, restaurants and local shops, AND it was absolutely gorgeous! You could rent this house and never leave .... it was its own oasis! Perfect for people traveling with children or a group! We will definitely be back! Also — if you’re looking for any recommendations of things to do or places to go, the owner was a huge help!!
