Welcome to Ocean's 77, a charming beach cottage with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located just five houses away from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This lovely home features a tropical backyard with a sparkling private pool, as well as a game room equipped with ping pong and foosball table.

In the open living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, coastal side chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The vibrant decor and balcony boast a tropical vibe that will make your watches turn to island time. The stunning kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious family favorites, from pots and utensils to other cooking essentials.

In the primary bedroom, you will find a cheerful and brightly decorated room with a king-sized bed and private balcony. The primary ensuite bathroom comes with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed and a cable and Roku streaming TV. Additionally, it provides easy access to the hall bath, which has a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

You'll also find an outdoor shower and a BBQ grill, plus a Ping Pong and Foosball table can be found in the garage.

Just a few minutes' walk straight down 77th Street will take you to the Gulf of Mexico, where warm waters and white sandy beaches await. The free island trolley is half a block away and will take you all over Anna Maria Island, including locally-owned boutiques and restaurants on Pine Ave. Start planning your beach getaway and make Ocean's 77 your annual tradition!

The house is very nice, in a quiet location and looked just like the pictures. We really liked having chairs and a wagon available to use. The ping pong and other games were a plus too. Thank you for a fun vacation.

Great home in a great, centrally located area of the island. Took us 1 minute by gulf cart to get to the beach. LOVED the private pool (although if the unit next door is being rented at same time) they can see you directly from their balcony. Everything was SPOTLESS when we arrived. The king bed in master was ok but could be more comfortable if the put a nice mattress pad on it. They have nice beach towels & chairs for the beach and floats for the pool. They do not have a beach wagon or a cooler for beach days. This wasn’t a problem for us because we had a gulf cart and brought our own Yetis for drinks. Overall I absolutely recommend this place. Great for 2-4 people.
