Welcome to Our Place By The Sea, an inviting vacation home with a private pool on the quiet north end of Anna Maria Island just a five-minute walk from secluded Bean Point Beach! This ground-level home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. You and your guests can gather and connect in the welcoming living area and in the second living area where conversations flow and Anna Maria Island plans are made.

The fully-equipped kitchen has an island that makes meal and snack preparation easy and has countertop seating for quick snacks. Guests can enjoy home-cooked meals or the best Anna Maria Island takeout in the dining room or at the patio table.

Catch up on the much-needed sleep primary bedroom that has coastal colors, a private deck perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity for refreshing after a day at the beach. The second bedroom has tropical decor and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and singles, with space to relax and watch TV.

Your backyard is a tropical oasis with a heated swimming pool where guests can splash and cool off after a day at the beach or listen to the rock fountain to relax and unwind. There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
