The well-maintained compound features secured and designated undercover parking along with an elevator. Parking for unit 112 is inside the garage accessed from the 4th Avenue side of the building.

This spacious, three bedroom, two bath unit, offers dramatic panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Witness spectacular sunsets every evening from your own private patio as the day slips into night with the sun slowly dancing its way into the gorgeous green gulf. Situated between the building and the expansive beach is the heated pool nestled amongst the local flora.

Unit 112 is decorated in fresh, beachy tones, with natural wood accents reminiscent of driftwood. Enjoy the fresh Florida air under the shelter of the covered patio off of the dining room. The living, dining and kitchen areas are arranged in an open floor plan, perfect for letting your group spread out after the adventures of the day while still enjoying each other's company. Any games left for your enjoyment by previous beachgoers are stored in the TV stand in the living room. Check it out and you might find your new favorite game! Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen or choose from any of the area's wonderful restaurants.

Snuggle into the fresh linens provided by our professional linen service at the end of each day for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king bed with gorgeous views, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath with dual-head shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a TV. All bedrooms have cable accessed through the SpectrumTV App. You'll fall in love with this beautiful Gulf-front condo! Sleeps up to 6 people.

Palm Gables 112 is a beautifully beach theme decorated condo right on the beach. The area was quiet and safe without touristy activities next to it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. (We did need TP and paper towels but that’s not a big deal.)TV in each bedroom for those that need it, beach towels included as well as plenty of towels and washcloths. The outdoor covered patio/balcony was amazing to enjoy even in the rain! The pool was wonderful too. Internet was good, every tv station available too. Being on the 3rd floor was the best because it have us incredible views of the ocean.

Our family had a great Thanksgiving week! The property was nice, clean, and had an awesome view of the ocean. Very up to date TV’s with plenty of on demand choices, comfortable furniture, and perfect size for our family of 6. We plan to stay here again.
