Arrive to a pure paradise escape where the tropical greenery greets you. When you step inside to the oh-so-cool hues and layout, you’ll instantly feel at home! The home has a vibrant living room and kitchen that are definitely the prime entertaining areas any time of day! Stream your favorite shows from the flat screen, craft a home cooked meal from the fully equipped kitchen, and spend your mornings with a cup of tea on the screened lanai as you soak up the Florida weather.

The home comes well-appointed with two coastal-chic bedrooms that provide a serene space to unwind, sink into the soft linens, and you'll wake up refreshed, ready for a full day to explore! The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second guest room highlights a set of twin beds. There are two updated bathrooms, one designed with a step-in shower, and the other has a shower and tub combination.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

I just recently stayed at this duplex and I enjoyed it very much! This is perfect for the location and within walking distance to the beach! This unit was very well clean, and the furniture was well kept. For the pricing, and location this was a great stay! My bed was comfy and sheets were so soft, I honestly didn't want to leave. Thank you for the great stay!!
