Playing Hooky is the perfect home to relax and unwind in. Located on the North-end of Anna Maria Island on a canal this property truly has it all.

Relax in the private heated pool and hot tub, or challenge a family member in the game room that features Ping-Pong, Shuffle Board, and Foosball.

Room Details:
-Primary Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub combination.
-Second Bedroom, 2nd floor: Queen bed.
-Third Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub combination.
-Fourth Bedroom, 3rd floor: Queen bed and ensuite half bathroom.
-Fifth Bedroom, 3rd floor: Queen bed.
-Sixth Bedroom, 3rd floor: Two sets of twin bunk beds.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

This home is STUNNING. Perfectly decorated and a great size for either a single family or a large group. The kitchen is huge, and the rooms/beds are super comfy, but the showstopper is the pool. I spent most of my time sitting in the chairs at the base of the pool under the shade of the umbrella while my kids dove for toys and splashed around. The hot tub and game room are also incredible bonuses. I'm not going to lie... we barely needed to leave the house. My kids were content there all day. BUT if you did decide you wanted to go to the beach, hit some shops, or grab some food, you're literally just a few blocks from everything. We walked everywhere, but golf carts or bikes may be more fun in the Florida heat. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE the entire week. We will be back!
