Arrive at this angler’s and beachgoers paradise and be welcomed into an ocean hued living space with modern decor and bright light coming from the balcony. Guests can grab a seat on one of the comfy chairs and either watch a tv show or watch the sailboats go by and let their worries disappear. Chefs will love their dream kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets, a hooded gas stove, and a spacious island with a farmhouse sink and countertop seating. Gather for meals at the dining room table and enjoy conversations with guests and Bay views.

Grand dreams await the primary bedroom’s four-post King bed with crisp linens, Bay views from the balcony, a spa-like ensuite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub under a custom chandelier, and a walk-in shower. Guests will get their best night’s rest in the second, third, and fourth bedrooms, which have delightful coastal decor, King beds, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. If you’re traveling with young kiddos the fifth bedroom is perfect for them with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a trundle in and is decorated with seashells and starfish.

Load up the beach cart and walk to Cortez Beach to enjoy the famous Anna Maria Island sand between your toes. Choose to watch perfect sunsets from the beach or from the rooftop deck with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards (or rent one locally) to your backyard dock, where you can fish and launch kayaks. Enjoy relaxing in the swim spa or on the sandy backyard beach on the loungers and Adirondacks.

Take the free island trolley to nearby Coquina Beach and Leffis Key Preserve, or head north and explore Pine Avenue’s boutiques and restaurants. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

*Please note: This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience.
