Welcome to Seagrape Cottage, a gorgeous and newly renovated vacation getaway with a brand-new private pool. This four-bedroom and four-bathroom home is conveniently located right across the street from the stunning white sands of Cortez Beach and is near Bridge Street, which offers a great place to fish, shop, and try new restaurants. Florida charm, nautical touches, and bright wooden beams make this open floor plan welcoming and inviting. Watch a show and unwind on the comfortable sectional after a fantastic day spent at the beach. Whip up amazing treats and meals in the fully-equipped galley kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops to make preparation a breeze. Dine indoors at the dining room table that looks onto the beach, or dine island-style poolside at the patio table. The southern-style wrap-around front porch offers a great place to listen to the Gulf waves crashing.

Designed as the captain’s quarters, the primary bedroom has spa-like comfort with a King bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms are on the first floor, the second room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and guests in the third bedroom can use the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is also easily accessed by the pool deck. Up the stairs is the fourth bedroom, which is like a private suite and is appointed with a Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony perfect for catching memorable sunsets and sunrises.
