This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Paradise

Spent 9 wonderful nights in this villa. It is located very close to the beach and a short stroll to shops and bars. The villa is very well appointed with comfortable furniture and an amazing pool and tiki bar. The pool is salt water which is great plus it was a perfect temperature. The whole place is heavenly.

We booked last minute and had the best week! The home was beautiful, the pool was amazing and the beach was only a short walk away. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

Holmes Beach

I found the property to be perfect for what I wanted. Well stocked, clean, great location. It is a duplex and the other renter was quiet. On the last night, new tenants moved in with a dog who barked late into the night. Other than the last night, it exceeded my expaectations.

Holmes Beach Winter Vacation 2023

Property was fantastic. This was our third visit to Anna Maria Island in last three years. We have stayed in different places each time and this one was the quietest and most convienient location we have stayed. Only issues we had were the pool stayed shaded most of the day and required me to add water to it three times over the 4 weeks we were there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serendipity on Anna Maria Island. Everything from the accommodation, the very close beach, and the local restaurants were all above our expectations and the kids loved the heated pool. AMI accommodations was very responsive to the few questions that we had and all instructions were very clear. There was a fair bit of construction in the area when we visited however you could not hear or see it from the wonderful backyard. We definitely hope to return in the future.

Great location, great house and great outdoor space.

We had a great holiday in this perfect location. The house was very comfortable and the pool area private and relaxing. The beach was a very short walk away. We hardly needed to use the car as everything we needed was within walking distance. We hired cycles and found the island caters well for cyclists with lots of cycle lanes and the low speed limits made us feel safe. We did have a problem with the hot water and it was fixed the same day we reported it. The service staff are very helpful and professional. We will be back again.

Great time peoperty, pool, location, etc.

Great time, location and decorated property. Please address 1. Hose bib turned off because it was leaking. 2. Need 3 way light in GB. 3. Need to check out clothes washer isnt working ..didn't take soap 4. Cleaning and Maintenance ...Washed floor (needed prior to company), removed prior stains in carpet, fixed Mbath drawer, tightened door knobs and outlet plate..found the screwdriver. 5. Neighbors. Owners? Renters? Had 5 cars a few nights...and a barking dog at 2:00 this morning... Thanks for your attention...I am sure the owner would appreciate this.

Perfect home for a family vacation getaway

We fell in love with Anna Maria Island during our first stay! The house is in a perfect location and felt like a home away from home, with a well stocked kitchen and towels. The outdoor pool and area is a mini paradise and a nice escape from the sun. The customer service was excellent and anything we needed was taken care of promptly. A Great Stay!

We greatly enjoyed our vacation! The Serendipity unit is very comfortable and well equiped. We loved the pool but also the close walking distance to the beach. Definitely a recommendation if you want to relax on Anna Maria Island. We rented several units by now thru Anna Maria Accomodations and never experienced any issues - great job.

We had an amazing time at Serendipity!!!! The house was beautifully decorated, so spacious, so clean and had all the extras!!! The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful, we were equipped with so many awesome pool toys!! My 3 kids ages 11, 9 and 5 had so much fun!! The beach is a two minute walk, and there are so many restaurants near by. The staff at Anna Maria Accomodations were so pleasant. Check in and check out went very smoothly! We will be back!!!
