A tropical landscaped, oasis welcomes your upon arrival at this gorgeous beach cottage with a private driveway and carport to park your vehicles. Head up the stairs on the side of the home and you will enter into the main living level. The great room is meant for entertaining with a sectional sleeper sofa and large flat screen tv in the living room and a spacious kitchen fully stocked with essentials to craft a home cooked meal. Dine at the breakfast bar or table that seats 4 in the kitchen. The home is filled with natural light from the large impact windows and the glass sliders that are off from the living area that open up to the balcony and spiral staircase the leads to the rooftop. The bedrooms offer pure comfort with luxury linens, mounted flat panel tv’s, ambient bedside lighting, and space to stow your luggage. The master suite features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, where you have a large vanity and glass walled step in tiled shower. The guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and the guest bathroom that’s accessed from the hallway has a tub/shower combo that’s perfect for the younger crew in tow. Downstairs your backyard is a tropical paradise! The large heated pool with a jetted spa is surrounded by lush palm trees, lounge chairs to relax with your favorite book, and a screened Florida Room for kicking back with your favorite sport on the mounted flat panel. Get the grill ready for the bbq master of the group and dine al fresco with the sensational Florida weather. From sunrise to golden sunsets you can soak up the views any time of day from your private rooftop deck!

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

What a great vacation we had staying at this rental, the location was perfect for us to experience the "Island Lifestyle" and close by restaurants and shops. This lovely home was so enjoyable to visit. It was bright and clean inside and was very comfortable in each room, from the cozy living room couches to the beds in the bedrooms. We didn’t cook too much but the kitchen was nicely stocked. We really enjoyed hanging out by the wonderful pool and spa especially, and we made the short walk to the beach to watch sunsets each evening. If you are looking for a wonderful beach house to rent we highly suggest Sideways! We already rebooked for next year.
