To make this dream even better, you'll pass right by Galati's on your way out to the Gulf where you can gas up your boat and pick up some supplies. Relax as you enjoy fishing off the dock or rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the Islands' sea-life filled waterways. Rent a boat from the local marina or hire your own guide to take your family fishing or out to Egmont Key.

If you enjoy beach life, we are just steps away. Layout in the sun, take a walk, look for seashells or run on the 7 mile long white sandy beaches. Located on the prestigious north end of the island, Soulshine is ideally situated for a leisurely walk or bike ride to the ocean, fishing piers, numerous restaurants, the community center, exploring AMI and shopping at the quaint boutiques. The City of Anna Maria has worked tirelessly to keep the tranquil north end of the island the quietest, least crowded beach available. This home is just steps away from an evening stroll to the beach to watch the spectacular sunsets every night over Tampa Bay or the Gulf of Mexico.

Feel free to skip the beach and relax in your private, peaceful resort style backyard. With a brand new tropical heated pool, lounge furniture, fun tiki hut, hammock and fabulous views, the family can enjoy relaxing together. Soulshine is an elevated home, which offers magnificent views from multiple balconies. Many feel like they are in a tree house with the expansive open view of the water, beautiful landscaping, swaying palm trees, tropical breezes, fish jumping and the birds flying over.

This unique 3-bedroom home, offers spacious rooms and gorgeous views. Each room has flat screen TV's, comfortable beds with nice linens and its own private balcony. The master bedroom has a separate shower, double vanity and a jetted tub for your spa like experience. You will sleep like a baby on the temperpedic style California king mattress. With a fully stocked kitchen and stainless appliances, you'll love to cook while looking out over the water. This open concept living area is ideal for entertaining. Because of the large wall of sliding glass patio doors, which gives you a 180-degree view of the water, the entire house is bright and airy.

There are many extras with this home including a large laundry room with brand new high efficiency washer and dryer units, high speed internet, and 2 a/c units, one for each floor. If you feel like experiencing our pristine, white sandy beaches, we provide beach chairs and a beach cart. Don't worry about packing beach towel because we've got them. Just bring your family and create wonderful, fun memories here at Soulshine and Anna Maria Island.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations , an Anna Maria Island property management company.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations.* Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
