Welcome to St. John! A newly refreshed island home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, where you can sink your toes into the white, powdery sand and turquoise waters. St. John's is one of four bungalows in the Saint duplex and features a shared patio area with a gorgeous pool, a BBQ grill, and comfortable lounge chairs. This vacation rental is the perfect choice for multiple families or friends who want to enjoy each other's company while still having their own space!

The interior is absolutely charming, with a comfortable sofa, side chairs, and a TV The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking essentials to prepare a delicious meal, and just beyond the kitchen is a dining table set for four. Guests can also enjoy the refreshing island air on the private patio, which is accessible through the second bedroom. The patio features a BBQ grill and an outdoor table, perfect for enjoying a meal, drinks, or even playing card games!

The primary bedroom has delightful beach-themed decor and a TV, and the bed is adorned with crisp linens. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom is a King bed, a TV, and plenty of closet space as well as access to the patio. To ensure your comfort and convenience, there is an extra bathroom with a shower and tub combination available, a sleeper sofa, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The patio is shared with the St. Marteen unit, and it offers a fantastic retreat with a beautiful pool, comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill.

Take full advantage of the free trolley that runs the span of the island and feel the island vibes while soaking up all the vitamin-sea. There are numerous opportunities for shopping, sightseeing, and dining nearby across Anna Maria Island.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. Please note there will be an additional pet fee associated, see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
