Welcome to Summer Salt, a cheerful vacation duplex with two bedrooms and one bathroom! This home is just a quick walk from the nearest access to the spectacular Gulf of Mexico beaches and has a bright, covered outdoor seating area perfect for relaxing with friends and family.

Once inside, you’ll love the open feel with wood plank flooring, beach decor, and coastal hues. The great room has a plush sofa, oversized chairs, and a mounted flat-panel television where you can stream your favorite shows or play games on the Xbox. The fully equipped kitchen is decorated to make guests feel like they’ve never left the beach. The beachy dining table seats up to four guests, and to the right are sliding glass doors that lead to your comfy oasis. A bistro table in the private fenced-in area is excellent for dining al fresco.

After soaking up the Florida sunshine, get ready for a peaceful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, plenty of closet, and dresser storage. The second guest bedroom boasts a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a delightful seating area with a wood wall and two luxury blue chairs. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and access from the hall and the outdoors, perfect for rinsing off right after the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

After-beach-day 101. Upon returning to our lovely habitation located 2.5 short blocks from the Gulf coast access there is a very convenient south entrance directly to the bathroom. However, before entering there is a duel mounted foot and over head rinse station adjacent to your beach equipment buggy storage cement slab. Picture in your mind coming home, exhausted from the sun and fun, dropping off your sand soaked beach gear, rinsing off the excess sand to alleviate tracking in unwanted dander and hopping into a nice refreshing shower. Now match that with the full amenity kitchen stocked with each utensil needed for your evening with family and friends dining on your covered industrial lit comfortable seating area next to the provided propane barbeque and completely surrounded by exotic tropical landscaping captivating your island experience. The foam therapeutic king size mattress adds the revitalizing early morning tomorrow to begin your trip all over again. Come enjoy this paradise, I'll be booking this gem again in the future.

Our family had the best vacation here! The place was clean cozy and so well decorated! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed with updated kitchen needs !Everything needed was right inside this incredible house! Having a full size washer and drier is a huge plus ! We will be back to stay at this location!

This is by far the best vacation rental I’ve stayed in. The entire home was spotless. The interior design was extremely creative and colorful. The furniture was in mint condition. It was also high end furniture, it didn’t look like rental furniture. Everything was extremely homey. Also the AC unit was extremely powerful, and that is a must when it gets hot outside. And there was never a shortage of hot water the entire stay. And we had 4 guests. 10 out of 10.
