Welcome to the Sun Porch, a ground-level vacation rental perfectly located just a two-minute walk away from Bradenton Beach and Sarasota Bay! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental accommodates up to four guests. Enjoy watching pelicans fly by, and the stars coming out on the inviting front porch. The welcoming living room provides guests with generous space to gather and unwind with casual conversation or a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample space for easy meal and snack preparation and an in-room table for four. The porch table in the duplex community area provides an alternate dining location for a relaxed, island feel.

Listen to the palm trees sway as you drift to sleep in the primary bedroom, which has ample storage to keep your vacation attire fresh. The primary ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub combination. The vibrant colors of the second bedroom will make guests feel like they are on island time. The hallway bathroom is a wonderful place to refresh after a fun day at the beach and has a shower and tub combination.

Enjoy the slow-paced island life on the oversized front porch where you can enjoy morning coffee, a delightful book, or just relax in the ocean breeze. Grill the catch of the day on the shared grill after a day of beach play. Rent a boat, paddleboard, or kayak and explore the waters for dolphins and manatees. Leisurely browse Pine Avenue’s boutiques for unique coastal fashions and décor. Anna Maria Island has something for everyone to enjoy, and Sun Deck will help you make the most of your island getaway.

This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
